In my neck of the woods (Kentucky), Mercury's entrance to Pisces indicates a palpable but still subtle shift from winter to spring. The weather may still be wet but less prone to snow and more likely to involve rain or fog. I call it the thaw. Later in the month, Mercury tangles with Uranus in Taurus and Mars in Gemini. Either one of these aspects could be indicative of water and wind together being relevant in weather themes. Mercury in square to the nodal axis brings focus on potential issues with matters of communication, connectivity, travel or water/flood damage that may impact pathways through which these things take place (ie: roads, highways, vehicles of transportation such as cars, airplanes, buses, trains, etc and phones/devices) Mercury's transit through Pisces can feel very similar to a Mercury retrograde.
