This morning we wake up to the Moon in
Libra and the Sun leaving a conjunction with Saturn in Scorpio. The
lingering aspect of Sun/Saturn places a bit of heaviness over the
morning. That heaviness has a chance to increase as the Moon waxes
into square with Pluto at 1:40 PM.
Actually, Moon to Uranus days,
particularly in dry winter months, can bring about static
electricity, fly-away hair. Quirky phenomenon. But, just thought I'd
let you know.
Poor Moon in Libra. She likes to be
able to look and feel pleasant and not deal with messy things like
emotions. But, it's hard to grin through the pressure of Saturn and
Pluto. However, we may be prone to try.
By 4:04 PM, the Moon finds Uranus by
opposition. We may be prompted to bust some of the concrete heaviness
up with a jackhammer. However we address it, we are ready to be free
of it, for sure.
The waxing square between Uranus and
Pluto is tightening. The two are about 1 degree and 30 seconds apart
from perfection today. The sixth square of Uranus and Pluto occurs on
December 16 at 12 degrees Capricorn/Libra. As the Moon moves through
this tightening conjunction we may feel the intense increase of
electricity in the air.
Overall, the day may feel pressured. I
feel the Libra Moon with ruler, Venus, blossoming in Sagittarius will
prompt us to make the best of it. Smile through it. Help others who
are being crushed and maybe even be a little nicer to one another in
light of the pressure.
Just don't let “smiling through it”
run over into avoidance of the true issues. Yes, we can take a break
from the issues. Yes, we can hold things together while we are around
others until we are in a safe place to deal with the issues. But,
avoiding them will not make them go away.
The reminder that core emotional issues
will not just simply disappear may come at 4:15 PM as the Moon finds
Chiron in Pisces by inconjunct.
The rest of the day is filled with a
waxing square from Moon to Mars in Capricorn. Ambiguity is a key word
for this aspect that perfects at 1:31 AM. Frustration, is another.
Moon/Mars could also equate to an increased sex drive or energy that
strongly pushes us to move forward through motivation. “Libra,”
says Mars in Capricorn, “we may have to roll our sleeves up and get
our hands dirty eventually.” Libra responds with a pout saying,
“Yes. But not today.” Mars in Capricorn doesn't understand that
it was a hard enough job for Libra just to keep peace and amicably in
the air today. But, Libra Moon is tired from her efforts. She is
tired from “dealing with it” and even though Mars is poking her
to take the lead and get busy this evening, she isn't likely to take
him up on it.
And, you know, if tomorrow is tough and
you are tired by tomorrow evening, procrastinate a bit especially in
regard to work that doesn't really have to be done right this second.
When the Moon enters Scorpio on Wednesday night, our endurance will
be restored. We can deal with it then. This Moon is being ruled by a
Venus who wants to explore, love, adventure and enjoy life. Entertain
THAT master tonight. Surely, we've dealt with enough trudging today.
