Morning Star: Astrology for the week of October 31 to November 6, 2017

Monday, October 31, 2016

Regardless of what the retailers may tell you today is HALLOWEEN! Not pre-Christmas. Sorry, my ass is a little raw over the pushing of holidays for the purpose making them more profitable. Can we not just enjoy things as they come? In their proper season? All in due time? Please?
So, HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Happy Samhain! Happy...Monday? I don't know. Let's take a look and see.

This morning we wake up to the Moon still in Scorpio. As it should be appropriately enough. At 4:49 AM she is sextile her ruler, Pluto. There is a depth and darkness to the day that is rather fitting, if you ask me. Spirits rise and witches cackle. As it should be.
This depth and intricacy of emotion hangs with us through most of the day. The next aspect comes by way of a trine from the Moon to Chiron at 4:42 PM. Don't go all overkill on the candy and treats or you will end up with a belly ache. Later tonight, the Moon sextiles Mars in Capricorn prior to reaching Void status. She will remain Void until entering Sagittarius tomorrow at 10:43 AM. Meanwhile, though, the Sun waxes strongly into a trine with Neptune that perfects overnight at 4:17 AM.
The sextile to Mars gives us opportunity to plan out the work we have ahead of us. Step by step. Rung by rung. It's gritty. It has a point. And it has a plan of action. Eventually. We may or may not start it right now or today. But, yeah...there's a plan.
However, as the Sun trines Neptune person ambition has a tendency to wane. So, while we may make a plan we are not so much ready to engage in it just yet. We are more content with entertaining fiction, entertainment and matters of the imagination right now. The only caution I have here is don't let the “season” cause you to get all scared. Yes. The veil is thin. Yes. There are Spirits floating around out there. Yes. Some things are scary but they are only as scary as the amount of attention you allow them to have. Dip into the chance to dress up and be someone else for a day. Sun trine Neptune is stellar for that just don't go falling for the costumes. Realize people are deliberately veiling who they are right now. Most of it will be all in good fun. But, you know, retain a wellspring of common sense to tell you when someone is veiling their identity with an ulterior motive other than fun. Other than that, have fun with it, allow yourself to reasonably indulge in treats without over doing it and then get a good night's rest. Self-fostered nightmares are an option not a requirement.

Tuesday, November 1, 2016

The Moon is Void as we wake up this morning. She reactivates in Sagittarius at 10:43 AM. However, most of the morning clicks on by dispassionately. Meanwhile the Sun lingers in trine to Neptune and some questions of identity may still be up in the air. There may be a “who-done-it” or two to solve left over from last night. Who exactly was that masked person anyway?

The Moon is active throughout the day but it remains largely unaspected. So we are free to indulge in the optimism of the Sagittarius Moon as we please. Roam if you want to. But expect that ambition will likely be lacking quite a bit as the Sun lingers in his trine to the Sea God. It sounds a lot like muddling through the working part of the day in an effort to get to playtime to me. So muddle away.

Wednesday, November 2, 2016

Early this morning the Moon squares off with Neptune at 5:35 AM. UGH. Is it really necessary for us to drag ourselves out of bed. FIVE MORE MINUTES! That's all we ask for. But, really, some may be sick. Some may be emotionally hung over or literally hung over from being drunk or over-indulging last night. Either way, it is a drag your ass out of bed morning...or not...depending on how you feel and how you want to go with it. If you are sick, stay home. If you are struggling emotionally, take efforts to care for yourself. But, if you lack excuse then get up and get this day started.
Things start to feel better as the day moves forward. The Moon finds Jupiter by sextile right around 10 AM. Alright. We woke up and now we do feel a little better. We chat with friends and listen to their stories. We are a little more social and little more willing to engage with others now.

Yet, later this evening, there are deadlines and restrictions depressing the emotional body. Sagittarius Moon wants to have fun. So what's all this business about work got to do with that? In reality, this can equate to depression and a feeling of over-whelm. Yet, Mercury is waxing into sextile with Pluto. You can prioritize and plan your way out if you try. One deliberate step at a time. It calls for endurance and fortitude which every good Marathon runner knows a lot about. This is the part of the Marathon though where our athletic Moon feels like it may not make it to the end. Believe in yourself and keep going. We catch a second wind very, very soon.

Thursday, November 3, 2016

Around 1 AM, Mercury officially met his current ruler, Pluto in Capricorn, by sextile. We are thinking/considering some fairly deep matters. But, the aspect is well stabilized and the answers we get in response to our questions are truthful. So, there's a lot to work with here. The only caution is allowing thoughts to veer toward paranoia. No, no. Don't allow that. We are going to plan our way out of this swamp and that's just how this is going to go ok? We'll survive it.
Shortly after, the Mercury/Pluto sextile the Moon met Venus in Sagittarius by conjunction which may have brought blissful hope into our scrutinizing. If you see a light at the end of the tunnel believe that it is hope coming and not a train chasing in an effort to run over you. However, you assess the situation you will be right so take your time in deciding the best way to look at it.

This morning, after all that takes place overnight, we are ready to go! The Moon trines Uranus at 6:35 AM and there is a fresh new day out there waiting for us to take a bite out of it. Be willing to try new things and shake up and change old routines. Opt for what brings you more freedom not more restriction and definitely lean into increasing your emotional intelligence. All in all this is busy but not cumbersome busy. It's active in a good way.
Following the trine with Uranus the Moon is Void allowing us to keep enjoying the day in the purity of what it is. The Moon remains Void all day long but goes out on a light and free note so enjoy that. She reactivates in Capricorn at 11:05 PM. There will be time for seriousness in the days the to come. Earmark today for light enjoyment more so than productive efforts.

Friday, November 4, 2016

The Moon reactivated in Capricorn last night. But, she isn't really doing much. Meanwhile, Venus finds Chiron by square. Um...ouch. There could be rebound illness here. There could be a trigger tripped in regard to what we care about or value. We may notice a personal bias or two in regard to what we value and how we value it.
The Moon spends most of the day waxing toward a sextile with Neptune which perfects right at quitting time. Oh sure, we'll feel better on an emotional level if we accomplish something today. So, work toward that end but don't put a whole lot of pressure on yourself to perform. Rome wasn't built or destroyed in one day. Anything worthy of completion is worthy of taking your time as well. This isn't a race. Set your own pace and realize life is not all production there is time for dancing too.
By 10:56 PM our productive Moon squares off with socialite extraordinaire Jupiter in Libra. Our friends are calling us away from our responsibilities and begging us to play. Let them. Go have some fun.

Overnight, the Capricorn Moon dances nicely by sextile with the Scorpio Sun. There's room for bow-chica-mow-wow if you get what I mean. There is also room to make finishing touches to our plans for excavation and renovation. Either way its stable and its seductive and you can give yourself permission to enjoy that. It's rather empowering as a matter of fact. All gears seem to be going in the right direction. Allow it.

Saturday, November 5, 2016

Venus is free! She is really, really free! Overnight she met Uranus in a whipping fire trine and hearts all over the world were set ablaze. We are encouraged to lean into trying new things. Showing admiration for our tribe and/or group. Letting our individual freak flags fly and taking a big run and go toward that which makes us feel more free, more independent, more flexible and keep letting go of the mundane and routine.

But...Moon in Capricorn likes mundane and routine. She may not understand this flush of fire coming from Venus but if she takes a minute she may be able to monopolize upon it. When you are working toward something that you want...something that matters to you...something that you love and ENJOY investing in it becomes less work and more adventure. So, just because it is not the way it's always been done that doesn't mean it is not the way it CAN be done. Life doesn't have to be all work and no pleasure. It can certainly be a mixture of both and that is the opportunity we are delivered today.
The Moon meets Pluto by conjunction at 5:25 AM. So initially we meet with temptation or feel over-burdened. But, follow what your heart is begging you do and allow Venus to wriggle free as she pleases.
At 1:07 PM the Moon meets Mercury in Scorpio by sextile and strategies and secrets are discussed while Venus spins and whirls and lacks in her give-a-damn. Then, the Cappy Moon squares off with Uranus and this is where the anxiety comes in. “Quit dancing and listen to me because this is important,” says the Cappy Moon. Uranus just glares back and says, “Lighten up you old goat!” LOL. Ok. Yes. If you haven't lightened up, please feel free to do so. We are doing things the new way now and that means change. That is unsettling to some but the Universe doesn't really care. You can either get on board with figuring out new solutions to old problems or not. The world will keep on spinning with or without your input. I'm going to keep dancing because, personally, I think the world could use more of that more than more worry and burden. But, you know, that's just me.

Sunday, November 6, 2016

Ok, ok. The party has settled down a little by this morning. Early EARLY (4:57 AM), the Moon met Mars by conjunction in Capricorn. Hurry up! Get up! There is work to do you dancing fool!
But, alas, following the conjunction to Mars, the Moon is Void for a few hours before entering Aquarius at 8:56 AM. I suggest letting the “urge” to get up and get moving pass you by. Because, with a Void Moon you can do that and get away with. But, if you must get up with the chickens and get to work the power to do so is there. Though, I always thought that was what Mondays were for. Sundays are meant for resting. And, you can do that here.
By 2:01 PM Mercury finds Chiron by trine. Now, we know the mind has been distracted by heavier matters no matter what Venus has been up to. But, here we have an opportunity to really get to the root of what is wrong in our heads or in our hearts and can find a way to express that. Probably not going to be a fun conversation. But, it will be worthy. Say what you need to say. Clear your heart and head space. You'll feel loads better for it.

The Moon makes mere minor aspects throughout the day. But, the Sun meets Pluto by sextile overnight. We will be ready to buckle down and get things done by Monday morning just in time for the First Quarter Moon that will call us to the ready to take action on our intentions. But this week, on the whole? It's more about remembering what fun and real freedom is than worrying about what you don't have done yet. There will be time for that. Plenty of plenty time for that. Don't shame or guilt yourself for breaking free from the “worry pack” and investing in your own pleasure and freedom while you can. This week offers that to you and I greatly encourage you to pick it up and run as far as you can with it.
You kind of have to create your sense of freedom this week and give yourself permission to go with that. I promise, no one is going to just hand it to you. You've got to take it and realize that you don't need anyone's permission to get it anyway. The opportunity is yours to choose IF ONLY YOU WILL!

Morning Star: Astrology for the week of October 24 to October 30, 2016

Monday, October 24, 2016

This morning we find the Moon in still in Leo. She is active in our early morning hours with a freedom loving trine from Uranus at 8:22 AM. This is a continuation of the uplifting energy we found on Sunday. However, following this aspect, our Leo Moon reaches Void status until entering Virgo tonight at 11:17 PM. The Moon does “go out” on a light note. This is a good thing that will carry us through this Monday. For the most part, the mood seems light and playful.

As the Moon is Void, though, a switch in mentality is due to come as Mercury dives into the depths of Scorpio at 4:47 PM. The brain entertains no light matters. We are concerned with deeper things. Matters of secrecy and potentially paranoia. The secret is to not let the demons of your mind slay you. Face them down. Find the truth even if you have to wade through a swamp of bullshit to find it. Don't allow fear and paranoia to riddle and infect you. Expect folks to become more and more quiet and less prone toward exchanging niceties and engaging in small talk. We have a stellium in the sign of the Scorpio now with the Sun, Mercury, Black Moon Lilith and Juno. There are serious issues to attend to at hand due this. Deeply stirring issues that demand our full attention. And, while this doesn't become all that apparent within our today, it will be a theme that carries out through the duration of the time that Mercury is in Scorpio.

This day toils on by without extraordinary emotional reaction. The Moon is waning so we are still within a cycle that is ripe for letting go, finishing things up and purging. But, overall, nothing really exciting is going on which I think is a huge relief.

Tuesday, October 25, 2016

Overnight, the Moon's reactivation made itself known as she met Mercury newly in Scorpio at midnight. Spidey senses everywhere were likely going off (unless you were asleep which could have, indeed, resulted in nightmares OR the a dream of the exact remedy you need in order to attend to your own illness). However this aspect is very astute in realizing if something may be afoul.

That inward stirring continues by way of a sextile from the Moon to the Sun in Scorpio at 3:44 AM. We wake up this morning realizing, hmmm...something is amiss. Something is not adding up. There is astuteness and awareness to this day that is not to be discounted. Pay attention to what your intuitive and emotional bodies are telling you. Draw no conclusions just yet, though. There will need to be efforts taken to separate fact from fiction and subsequently weigh and measure what is found to be fact before we can decide the best course of action in an effort to deal with it.
A simple deliberate expression of this energy would be to weed through and throw away old paperwork, move sensitive information off your main computer and put it in an external storage device, clean and organize, get your tax information together, make final fall harvests, watch a scary movie or read a suspense novel, dig like crazy for the truth and sort out what you find into order of priority.
The low end of this energy can be quite self-eviscerating. So, if you catch yourself ripping yourself apart for various reason, redirect. The Moon still wanes and it does so in our clean it up sign of Virgo. So feel free to purge, smudge and clear out stagnant and stale energies and mentalities.

By 4:56 PM, the Moon meets with discomfort and confusion by way of a square to Venus in Sagittarius that is followed by an opposition to Neptune at 5:26 PM. This Venus/Neptune energy continues to build as the two energies square off officially at around 10 PM. By 2 AM, the Moon is sobered up really quickly due a harsh square with the reality and responsibility of Saturn. Now. What we have with the Moon/Neptune and Venus is a mutable t-square. That means pressure and an air of uncertainty (most definitely). As if we were ships lost in the midst of the storm unsure of our direction. The outlet that relieves the pressure or helps to steady our boat is found in Gemini. This points to our current Mercury in Scorpio. Meaning, it's time to ask lots and lots of questions. Your heart may be confused. But, right now, your brain is able to dig to the depths of what is occurring and potentially come up with the answers it needs. However, don't trust everything everyone says. Because some folks will be lying. You will have to revert to your internal guidance system to be able to tell what is true and what is fabrication. In that, you should probably learn to speak your intuition's language and subsequently trust it. It most often knows what is going on before your logical brain does. Don't try to dismiss or deny it.

Even if the truth is hard or depressing, you can rely on it and steer your boat more effectively in the end. Ask questions. Again, don't draw conclusions just yet. But, gather as much of the facts as you can. While noting who is trying to pretty up the situation or delude you...cause those folks will be out there. No need to call them on it. Just tuck your knowledge away and don't forget it. Know who and what you are dealing with but realize they don't have to know you know. Put on your poker face and only play your cards when the time is ripe. Keep observing, taking note of what you discover, but; don't act just yet. Wait it out.

Remember, we are in the school of relationships right now. Which means we are learning through relating. It is this chapter in the syllabus that may indeed teach us about heart break, putting folks too high upon a pedestal or flat out being deceived. Necessary lessons. Hard ones. Yes. But this is information you need to learn and what you CAN learn from it will serve you well under the promise of our incoming New Moon. You'll see. Gather as much truth as you can. Accept it. And, then, take your time deciding what you are going to do about it. You may realize that it's not that you have lost something; but, have been freed from it.

Wednesday, October 26, 2016

Baby, it ain't over til it's over. And, this morning we wake up with an astute sense of resolve and resilience that I suggest you put to use toward your own benefit. If you paid attention yesterday, you may have uncovered a secret agenda or two. Perhaps something valuable disappeared, endured water damage or has proven itself unstable or untrustworthy. Today, you will be given an opportunity to see exactly how you can clean that mess up. The Moon hangs in a gritty Earth trine with Pluto in Capricorn. A plan is being developed and we are quite willing to endure it through step by step...even though we may not willing to share those steps with anyone at this point. But, yes, there is quite an air of determination here on the emotional front. Again, these are no light matters.

Meanwhile, Venus sobers up and lightens up a little as her personal rain cloud dissipates a little and finds Jupiter in Libra by sextile. Here's where you can glean the lessons from loss. You may have found out who is out to use and or abuse you. Who is out to deceive you and which relationships are built on a mound of shifting and uncertain sands. At the same time, you probably uncovered what is true and trustworthy and those are the relationships that Venus is prone to show appreciation for today. She meets Jupiter by sextile at 11:20 AM. This indeed does have the potential to bring a lighter spot to the mood today which is a good thing. You'll find it by showing appreciation to those relationships in which you are supported and the support is trustworthy and without alternative subservient agenda. Lean into them. If you find there are none, then start looking at the types of folks you allow into your life and declare that you will make wiser choices in that regard in the future. Find better partners and friends while deciding to be a better partner and friend yourself.

By early afternoon, whatever delusions came crashing to the ground in regard to love and relationships is left in the dust. We are grounded and motivated to get down to more “real” business as the Moon trines Mars in Capricorn at 2:34 PM. Being able to say you accomplished something within this day is going to help you feel better. So, get busy.
Meanwhile the emotional body swirls as we toil due a waxing opposition to Chiron that perfects at 4:32 PM. There is still pain. There are still potentially “triggering” moments but by remaining practical and acting with integrity we can work our way through it. Following the hollow opposition of the Moon to Chiron, she is Void until entering Libra at 9:52 AM tomorrow. Use the Void Moon to be your own best caregiver. Nurse your wounds. Triage the situation and let the ongoing plan unfurl as it will. But, take very good care of yourself in the meantime.

Thursday, October 27, 2016

This morning the Moon is lax to wake up. She enters Libra in our early morning hours and takes her time getting there. Therefore we are mostly going through the simple mundane routines of early morning hours quite dispassionately. However, get ready for things to pick up speed as we move forward.

Shortly following the Moon's entrance into Libra, Mercury in Scorpio meets the Sun in Scorpio by conjunction. Secret and sacred information is revealed to you here. The puzzle pieces click together and there is a certain type of “knowing” that accompanies that. This type of aspect is also ripe for things like mind racing and headaches. It could even denote some stormy weather inside and out. But, the intuitive body is picking up on cues and I strongly suggest you listen to those without allowing the “knowing” to run over into fear or paranoia. I strongly suggest cutting away at things that cause you to become over-stimulated such as caffeine and other chemical stimulants as well as over consumption of media and electronic stuff. You are going to be plenty stimulated without it. I promise. No sense in running the risk of exacerbating the situation.

By 10:40 PM Mars is sextile to Chiron in Pisces and the ways in which we cope with being triggered and how astutely we can recognize our own personal biases will be tested. Act with integrity and fortitude while employing strong leadership skills in order to meet the demands of this energy. Employ effective coping mechanisms and do what needs to be done instead of trying to escape or deny. It's going to be pretty undeniable anyway. Might as well handle it like the boss you are instead of allowing it to fester.

Friday, October 28, 2016

Things seem to rectify themselves quite well today. We feel a bit lighter. We've learned who we can trust. And, even though that knowledge may have hurt...at least it will serve us well in the future. You won't be wasting time on those types of relationships anymore. You can now go full lean into supportive and well-balanced ones instead. The mood of the day gets a tremendous lift this morning by way of a conjunction from the Moon to Jupiter in Libra. Knowledge is power, folks. Use it wisely. Show appreciation within those partnerships that have proven themselves to be tried and true.
From here, the Moon meets Venus in Sagittarius by sextile. This is another buoyant aspect that suggests you lean into and accept the truth. This mood is further stabilized and offers us a solid path to walk forward on as the Moon sextiles Saturn at 1:55 PM.

However, there are still a few loose ends to tie up and likely some suspicions to rectify as the Moon squares off with Pluto at 4:11 PM. Not everyone is out to get you. Don't let the demons of your mind convince you otherwise. Don't become emotionally manipulative or greedy/needy in an effort to keep folks at your side. If they want to go, let them. You will survive. It may hurt. But, you will survive. Keep reverting back to those folks who have your back without sinking claws in them to attempt to hold on.
Overnight Mars squares off with Uranus which could catalyze anxiety and impulsiveness. Know that you are not the only one who had to face off with the truth and potential heartbreak this week. It's a bear many will wrestle and some will be prone to strike back in light of that tonight. Act wisely not impulsively. Take the time you need to effectively respond instead of just react. Let the dust of excitement settle and wane before you decide what to do next. And, don't act out in spite. It will be tempting...but don't.

This energy carries over into our morning hours. There will be battles fought in the relationship arena for sure. The Moon in Libra enters this square between Mars and Uranus in the early, early morning hours (opposite Uranus at 5:47 AM and square Mars at 6:10 AM). Cut the leaches free. Remember who you can trust and I don't care how much the leaches come back begging and writhing for your attention...set them and yourself free. Following the square with Mars in the morning, the Moon is Void until entering Scorpio at 10:11 PM. That leaves us a full day to contemplate and sit with the consequences of our actions. So make sure you acting with purpose and not just allowing the knee jerk blow up and burn it to the ground mentality to take over. Tomorrow, in fact, may feel quite lonely at times and rather hollow. Set yourself up for some “me” time and realize what remains in your life right now will remain and there are more solid relationships out there begging for you to pay attention to them or build them to begin with.

Saturday, October 29, 2016

As I said, the Moon is Void just about all day. Take advantage of that and lean into self-care efforts, quiet time and personal space. In the meantime, Venus in Sagittarius meets up with Saturn. This offers truth and stability and reminds you that true faith will serve you well. The knowledge you acquired this week will serve you well in time too. We've learned some very hard heart lessons. So, plan to be easy with yourself. Take a looong good look at yourself and honestly assess the ways in which you can choose better partners and decide what “poisons” you'd like to purge yourself of in the future. No more abusers. No more users. No more jealously or calls to be paranoid. Plan to not invite that into your life anymore. Realize you have the power to make better choices. And, write your New Moon intentions so that they illustrate exactly what you want those to look like. Get them ready for tomorrow. A fresh page. A new start. A new chance at removing blocks to the intimacy and removing fears that may continually usurp you dawns with this New Moon. Don't miss your chance to put that energy to use. Use today to get re-stabilized and ready. Take the time to contemplate not only what you want but assess why you want it in the first place, too.

It's a wonderful day for meditation and prayer. Cleaning, purging and emptying out stagnant energy. Smudging. Soaking in mineral salts. Relaxing and retreating in way you choose. Rest and restore in a quiet and peaceful way. You deserve it.

Sunday, October 30, 2016

Today we realize there was reason that we found out the things we did mid-week. There was a reason we uncovered that deception. There was a reason some things exploded. There was a reason why we were hurt and angered. Today, we may mourn over those things. And, that's ok. Mourn if you need to. But, plan to let this stuff go. Set your vows and intentions in such a way that it attracts more of the trusted, tried and true your way instead of leaving the door open for more deception. Know you know. So don't forget. But, don't allow that knowledge to turn you bitter or forlorn. Keep reaching for the ideal and realizing that the ideal is something we strive for. It is not a ripe fruit waiting for us to pluck it. It takes work and cooperation from others and you should settle for nothing less.
Allow yourself to dream of the possibilities as the Mercury trines Neptune at 8:58 AM. Get lost in dreams not in lies. Then, as our New Moon opens up at 1:39 PM, let the truth of your intentions be known. They will pack a certain amount of magical power so be certain you know what you are wishing for. Otherwise, wish away and trust that Universe will take care of making it happen. You can get lost in remorse and wallowing or you can declare a new dawn and a new day while you are equipped with knowledge (albeit potentially painful) that will serve you quite well in the future. You'll know exactly what you DON'T want anymore. That's for certain.

The Sabian for this New Moon reads as follows:

SUN AND MOON AT 8 SCORPIO: A high mountain lake is bathed in the full moonlight. Illumination of the soul by transcendent wisdom. Quite touch with cosmic strength; or wayward moody effort at greatness.
Your dreams are possible. But, so are your nightmares. So, be very careful which one of those beasts you decide to feed.

The Moon joins the dance with Mercury and Neptune in our evening hours (4:56-6:13 PM). Emotional, perhaps. Dreamy, maybe. But, ambitious it is not. Relax. Indulge in entertainment. Music. Fiction for entertainment purposes and matters of leisure and gentleness. Let the brain drift and ebb and flow but don't let it steer toward negativity and paranoia. You know what you need to know now. You can operate much more aware now with those facts in tow. Plus, a little napping and prayer never hurt a darn thing. Not even once.

Morning Star: Daily Astrology for the Week of October 17 to October 23, 2016

Monday, October 17, 2016

Early this morning (2:09 AM EDT), the Moon in Taurus found Neptune in Pisces by sextile. This pushes us into deep slumber overnight and illustrates this time with vivid dreamscapes. By 8:40 AM, deep rest has paid off as the Moon trines Mars in Capricorn. This motivational push allows us to “get into” the grit of the work ahead of us. Production and diligent adherence to matters of integrity and responsibility are highlighted. There is no fluff here. It is the pure call to get your hands dirty in the business you have ahead of you.

This sentiment is emphasized as the Moon also finds Pluto in Capricorn by trine at 10:47 AM. There is much to be done. Today offers us the opportunity to make great strides of progress especially in regard to laborious work. What supplements the mood is to be able to bring completion to something. The sweat of your brow following a hard days work is just reward. Plus, being able to see your own progress within the day will stabilize your mood and cause you to feel fairly good about yourself. But, it is all Earth. So, what you need to caution yourself against is making tasks too complicated. While the interaction with Pluto will allow us to assess detail work, it is important to be remain realistic in our expectations of ourselves and our abilities to produce and to incorporate common sense. Mercury in Libra will struggle with this at first as it tries to decide which task to undertake first. However, once that challenge is met, the steadfast energy of this morning can support you in just about any “down to Earth” undertaking.
The trine to Pluto from the Taurus Moon will make your belly growl, though. Be sure to eat energy sustaining foods rather than opt for sugary or caffeinated as these products will not give you the support you need to sustain energy levels for production throughout the day. So, start the morning off right with an empowering stick to your ribs breakfast and plan to follow through with energy sustaining meals at lunchtime.

By 9:03 PM, our muscles likely ache with fatigue and we are ready to lay our plows down for the night as the Moon in Taurus meets Chiron in Pisces by sextile. Here, we rest and recover as the Moon reaches Void status until entering Gemini tomorrow morning.
Meanwhile, our hearts and priorities switch gears as Venus leaves the deep encompassing waters of Scorpio and leaps into the celebratory fires of Sagittarius at 3:01 AM. This movement of Venus does lighten things considerably on a few levels. However, we are soon to leave Libra season for the depths of Scorpio season and Mars remains waxing toward a conjunction with Pluto due to perfect on the 19th. This means that even with the added “lightness” of Venus in Sagittarius, there is still plenty brewing under the surface and many a deep matter still up for consideration.

Here is the itinerary for Venus' journey through the sign of Sagittarius (it is a quick trip!):

*Venus square Neptune October 25 at 9:55 PM at 9 Sagittarius/Pisces 25 with the Moon in Virgo filling in a mutable t-square

Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me, happy birthday dear ME...happy birthday to me! Oh, sorry. I got distracted for a minute.
This morning we wake up to a Void Moon in Taurus. She remains void until entering the sign of Gemini at 10:31 AM. Her first aspect comes by way of opposition to Venus newly in Sagittarius at 11:10 AM. There is a balancing of want and need that has to occur here. Otherwise, an opposition with Venus is not a huge ordeal. The rest of the day, the Moon moves toward our bigger players in the sky. She perfects in trine to Jupiter just after midnight and then squares off with Neptune at 1:48 AM.

The Moon in trine to Jupiter is not so bad. It is windy, though. Chatty and socially inclined. That mixed with an incoming aspect to Neptune could be exhausting in and of itself. Or we could be dipping into the vat of wine in our social drinking a little too much too quickly and be spent. There is also a chance for whipping conversations (trine Jupiter) to stir up quite an emotional deluge (square Neptune). And, of course, there is always the chance of a fish tale or two so be sure the information you are tossing about in your social conversations is checked for fact.
The best use of this, I feel, is to become adherent to the truth and then lay your brain down for a good night's rest. You are going to need it. We wake up to a powerful conjunction from Mars to Pluto in the morning. You don't want to have to greet that hungover in anyway. Nope. Morning calls for us to be at the top of our game, for sure.

As this aspect (Mars/Pluto) waxes in overnight, there could be dangerous plots underfoot. Be sure to take proper safety precautions in light of that. We could wake up to a few murderous or bloody headlines in the morning, as well. As a matter of fact, as the waxing energy of this conjunction builds, we may see some of those headlines in our news of today. Maybe that's what we we are wagging our tongues and crying about as the Moon meets Jupiter and then Neptune. Either way, please be careful and alert out there. This is not a cuddly gentle energy...AT ALL. As a matter of fact, it can be very vicious and lethal. It can also denote the power of the Phoenix, though, packing an opportunity to metaphorically rise from the smoking ashes. Either way you look at it there is a huge emphasis on power and how it is used. It will be plentiful. As the adage goes, “With great power comes great responsibility.” It is that philosophy that should, indeed, become a beacon of truth for us as we traverse this passage. However, it takes a very skilled and astute energy manipulator to steer this energy to it's highest expression. So, expect that some will be off the chain violent as this is the path of least resistance. Aside from an adherence to responsible use of power, it is also important (as any skilled Mars/Pluto native knows) to be very mindful of what you pour your energy into. Only give your precious Mars energy to projects that feed back as much as you put in. Don't lend it things that serve only as a drain. Instead, focus this tremendous energy upon building stronger foundations and perhaps even upon renovation of the old. Then, prepare to be amazed by your own progress.

The tremendous energy “push” continues as Mars officially sinks into the depths of Pluto at 7:17 this morning on the following Sabian:
Capricorn 16: School grounds filled with youths in gymnasium suits. Normal dependence upon physical stimulation. Robust enthusiasm in approaching life's contests; or immature impulsiveness.

We should try to move around physically to help dissipate some of this excess physical energy. A focus of energies is called for. Almost immediately after the perfection of this conjunction, the collective emotional body sobers up really quick by way of an opposition from the Moon in Gemini to Saturn in Sagittarius at 7:41 AM. You know, at a quick glance, it looks something like martial law. A lot of ugly comes trickling out of Mars/Pluto and Saturn in Sagittarius is the strong hammer of the law. So, the Empire strikes but the factions of law and world regulatory factions respond quickly...and potentially rather forcefully. This is NOT by any stretch of the imagination a light and celebratory day. Be easy with yourself. Depression and oppression are real factors as well as an over use of force and abuses of power.
In the meantime, minds are also busy gathering information from all sides in an attempt to come to the most just conclusion. And, this doesn't occur quietly. No, the discussions happen right out in the open air, at times, in such a forthright and direct matter that seems lightning bolts shoot directly out of a person's mouth. There is room for true verbal brilliance here. A veritable sword fight, in fact, that has the chance to turn quite quickly paced and vicious.

At 9:17 PM the Moon squares off with Chiron and our the elusive pain and bias of the collective has it's trigger tripped. Then, the Moon trines Mercury and things get REALLY windy at about 10:00. Quickly thereafter, the Moon catches fuel and wind by way of a sextile to Uranus at 10:42 PM. All the while, Mercury in Libra is strongly waxing toward a standoff (opposition) with Uranus in Aries at 3:48 AM. Hey, I have an idea! Let's cut ourselves free from all the political side winding bullshit and look for the truth. How's that?

On the most mundane level, this energy is manic. The brain races and scrambles and rumors spread like wildfire. Yeah, Mercury in Libra can, indeed, be a gossip. However, the highest expression of this energy has us balancing out our desire for rebellion with more inclusive speech. It has us weighing facts against fiction with intelligence and DEFINITELY encourages us to think for ourselves instead of just instantly and willingly incorporating the “he said/she said” into our personal truths. Think for yourself. Fact check. Be more inclusive in your speech. What novel ideas... But in all seriousness, this is a very windy type energy that could also manifest within our weather systems. And, could, in fact manifest in our minds and come out by way of our tongues like a destructive cyclone. Be VERY mindful of what you say. To help offset some of the manic energy, I suggest cutting down on stimulants such as sugar, caffeine, etc throughout the day. It will be a restless night for sleep, most likely. So, also be wary of becoming overly mentally stimulated by over-consuming electronic media and the like. Know when to call a halt to that and take a break for the sake of your own sanity.

The winds give forth a final gust as the Moon in Gemini trines the Sun in Libra at 7:18 AM. From here, the mood goes flat as the Moon reaches Void status. She reawakens in moody and sensitive Cancer at 11:29 AM. We are exhausted with the chatter. We are blown weary by the wind.

We become more concerned about matters of the home front and family rather than more worldly concerns. Many will retreat into the sanctuary of their shells today.
As the Moon squares off with windy Jupiter in Libra overnight (2:42 AM), we are likely “tired of hearing it.” The endless arrow slings and arguments don't sit will with Moon here. Turn off the TV. Turn down the ringer volume on your phone. Shut the yammering of the world off for the day and withdraw into yourself for protection and sanctuary. Eat well. Rest well. And, waste no time telling the “other” to shut up about it...at least for now. Feed your Moon.

Friday, October 21, 2016

At 3:35 AM, the Moon met Neptune by watery trine...hopefully enabling us to get some rest. It could have been tearful and emotive though. Such is the nature of this kind of beast. It is very sensitive. But, also very intuitive.
By 1:14 PM bellies growl as the Moon in Cancer stands off against Pluto in Capricorn. This is a Momma Lioness versus the oppressiveness of regulatory bodies here. The Moon then stands off with Mars also in Capricorn at 4:05 PM. Momma Lioness is not happy at all. And, neither are the forces she opposes. However, somebody has to look out for the needs of the children and the nest. That is exactly what the Moon here is inclined to do. Balance out matters of work versus matters of home. Bear in mind that taking care of your emotional state is a more valuable exercise than being overly concerned with social status or your ability to produce. If you are messed up on the inside, anything you produce on the outside is likely to be messed up to. So, make sure your basic needs are met before you go off fighting a war. Circle the wagons and protect the home front.

Just after midnight, the moon squares off with Uranus in Aries. This could equate to being overly stimulated. It could equate to being rattled out of your comfy bed unexpectedly in the middle of the night. Either way, it isn't comfortable for the Moon in Cancer. Perhaps make a pearl of the irritant. But, expect that anxiety could, indeed, be a factor here. The breakage of many a “give a damn” is also highly possible. Many sturdy camel backs will break under those “final straw” scenarios.

Saturday, October 22, 2016

This morning the Moon in Cancer is in square to Mercury in Libra as the battle between the Crab and the Scales continues. By 3:15 PM the final “flush” of this energy comes by way of our Last Quarter Moon which perfects at the 29th degree of Cardinal signs. For real, whatever it is, we need to let it go.
The Moon is only Void for a brief time following this. And, she is not alone in her shifting. The Moon moves into Leo at 3:35 PM and the Sun moves into the depths of Scorpio at 7:46 PM.

Overnight, Venus and the Moon buddy up by trine in fire signs (2:28 AM). That energy is considerably lighter than what we've just endured. However, the Sun now broods and seethes in Scorpio. So, some of that lightness will be offset by that fact alone. Yet, there is still light, playfulness to be had if you can coax yourself out of your brooding long enough to grab the opportunity. On a side note, it's a good night for a bonfire. If you'd like to use that bonfire toward magical intent, write down what you would like to be rid of on a piece of paper and let it perish in your fire. Banish things like paranoia, greed, jealousy, abuses of power and the like to the fire. Last Quarter Moons are SWEET opportunities for such. It's also a good night to burn the last of your yard trimmings. Or, you know, just roast a marshmallow and dance around to the steady beat of the tribal drum. It all fits.

Sunday, October 23, 2016

Today looks much better energywise in comparison to some of the aspects we endured during the meat of the week. The energy began an upswing as the Moon trined Venus in Sagittarius overnight. The mood continues to lighten and become more social as the Moon in Leo finds Jupiter in Libra by sextile this morning (8:45 AM). Dumping/burning the things that continually weigh us down (purging them by fire) last night really holds potential for a lighter state of being this morning.

By 4:21 PM the Moon is stabilized with a trine to Saturn in Sagittarius. This is a great time to make preparations for your week ahead. It's also a good night for things like board games and other ways in which you can take fun seriously. All in all, it feels nice to be a little more settled and centered.
The rest of the day, the Moon makes only minor aspect as she works her way toward a trine with Uranus which perfects in the morning. The mood continues to lighten and lift as the Moon moves through Leo. This, however, is our last full day of Mercury in Libra. On Monday evening, Mercury dives into the depths of Scorpio and conversations turn to whispers and secret plots are held tightly to our chests. Thoughts turn serious and deep. So, definitely enjoy the lightness of today.

Morning Star: Astrology for the week of October 10 to October 16, 2016

Monday, October 10, 2016

It's a rather chilly, yet breezy October morning this Monday. The Moon entered the sign of Aquarius overnight. This afternoon we feel the wafting but somewhat chilly breeze as the Moon trines Mercury in Libra. Discussions are happening, for sure. And, hopefully they are maintaining an air of decorum and are within the realm of higher minded principles. What's best for all. The community. The collective. This is a wonderful time for collaborations, debates and discussions as long as you keep from getting too emotional with them and instead invoke a sense of reason. Yes. Attempt to keep emotions on a cool level today. Aquarius is the water-bearer. Meaning it holds emotions (water) in a container. He isn't getting drunk on them or drowning in them. He is holding them from a dry position to study them. The point being to achieve emotional clarity and intelligence.

The discussion/debate opportunities continue as the day moves forward and our Aquarian Moon dances with Jupiter in Libra by trine at 3:05 PM. Remember to weigh the facts and address the topic from all angles without taking the defendant's status (social or financial) or ability to charm into your decision making. We are all the same when it comes to the letter of the law and justice. OR AT LEAST WE SHOULD BE? RIGHT?

Overnight, the Moon is further stabilized by a sextile to Saturn in Sagittarius. This mixture's highest use bears in mind the long term ramifications of the decision made today upon our collective future. Decisions such as these are worthy of us taking our time to make them. So, keep weighing out factual evidence and discard the rest. And, no, just because you saw a meme or a story shared on social media that doesn't mean it is fact. Remember what Jupiter's transit through Virgo taught you. Separate the wheat from the chaff in regard to fact, lie and mere opinion or rhetoric. Meanwhile, the wind does continue to swirl as Mercury in Libra crawls closer to his conjunction with Jupiter. We are greeted with that as we wake up in the morning.

Tuesday, October 11, 2016

Again, the breezes of discussion and debate are still swirling in the air as Mercury finds Jupiter by conjunction at 5:46 AM. This occurs at 6 Libra 53 (about 4 degrees past that big black hole in Libra, btw). The Sabian Symbol for the degree of this conjunction reads as follows:
A witch feeds chickens frightened by a hawk she had tamed. Control of natural forces by the higher intelligence. Taming the strong, uplifting the weak. Transmutation through service.

LOL...ok. Let me clue you in on the detriment of Jupiter no matter where he falls. It is that of self-aggrandizement. An overblown ego. Self-righteous belief that one has all the answers and who is unwilling to listen to anything that contradicts that. At his lower vibration in Libra he is loud mouthed blow hard who has overly simplified answers to questions he knows absolutely nothing about. He speaks with a forked tongue appealing to whomever is in his audience at the time never meaning any of it because it's all a social game in which he is the star. With this conjunction we are very likely to hear some very loud and boisterous voices. Opinions. Blow hards. Those that have a counter point to make in regard to everything you say just because “why can't today be opposite day” and someone needs to illustrate the “other's” point of view. Tit for tat and sword battles.

However, those types that grasp the lower vibration of this energy are going to be the tamed hawks in this instance. Tamed. Those that will be lifted up and protected during this transit are those that are willing to search for the truth and evidence that backs that truth up. Those that will soar are those that aim to inform others with truth not just blow smoke up their asses and with promises they have no intention to keep. Those who wear the higher expression of this will be those that can maintain a sense of justice and fairness and wish to use those principles in an effort to create a better world. A more generous world. A more gentle world with things like compassion for our fellow man through a true willingness at and humility toward the service of others. So, when you see those little frightened chickies running around scared, reassure them with the service of truth. Let them know the hawk is just all squawk. Another high expression of this conjunction comes by way of prayer.
In other words, let the blow hard blow while knowing the truth will sustain the test of time.
By 8:16 AM we can astutely feel the pain and subsequent bias/illness of the collective as Venus from Scorpio waxes into trine with Chiron in Pisces. Not many will talk about this stirring in their gut. But, many will be astutely aware of it.
In our early afternoon hours, the socialness and chatter associated with the element of Air continues as the Aquarius Moon trine the Sun in Libra (12:59 PM) just as Mars in Capricorn is softened and imbued with compassion and empathy via a sextile to Neptune (1:04 PM). Hard lines melt as we have these open discussions with our friends, partners, coworkers and neighbors. Many discover they are not having the same conversations that they've had before. Something has changed or revealed itself on many an individual level.

At 7:16 the Moon in Aquarius squares off with the deep desires and yearnings of Venus in Scorpio. Do you own your possessions or do they own you. What is so important? Power? Or the depth of a intimate soul connection with life itself? Greed and accumulation of material wealth? Or having secure loving connections to support you when all the money you have can't buy that? That's the challenge put forth to us via this square. What's important? What do you want? Ok. Now, what's REALLY important? And, chances are the answers to the latter have no price tag.
That point is driven home as the Moon finds her current ruler by sextile at 7:49 PM. Hey, when was the last time you called up your BFF to just say “Hi.” Isn't it time you guys had a date or something? It's a great time for light social ventures and leaning into your tribe and circle of friends.
Following the sextile with Uranus, the Moon is Void until entering Pisces in the morning.

Wednesday, October 12, 2016

The Moon reactivates in Pisces at 8:43 AM. Many will be tired of the chatter of the previous few days and will be ready for a bit of quiet and withdraw. Mercury will cross by Neptune by way of inconjunct tonight. So, we may have an unexpected bit of confusion or blurriness in our later evening hours. I suggest shutting up and listening to music while soaking in a bathtub with Epsom salts. Yeah, that sounds good.

Overnight, the Pisces Moon will find Neptune by conjunction and even though the Moon is growing so fat as it encroaches upon becoming full...we may have a chance to get a good night's sleep here.
Just don't be afraid to spend time in silence and/or prayer or meditation.
Yes, it could be a watery day. We are a little more emotional and a little more sensitive than we were under all the Air we had at the beginning of the week. Be easy with yourself and be picky with the energy that you surround yourself with at this time because you will be prone to become infected by it for better or worse. Boundary up. Prepare to float.

Thursday, October 13, 2016

Gosh I hope you took the time to relax and float a little bit yesterday. This morning we wake up to the Moon in Pisces leaving a (rather nice) sextile with Mars (3:11 AM) but headed straight into a spoonful of reality and hard truths as she squares off with Saturn at 6:19 AM. That's an Eeyore like black cloud if I've ever seen one. Grumpy. Depressed. But, also...very, very sober. And, even though that spoonful of truth may be hard to swallow at least now you know and can make better decisions in light of it. It is what it is. All that's left to do is accept and deal with it. Though, no, this is really not much fun at all.
By 10:21 AM though, now that the Moon has accepted the truth Saturn has given her, she is enriched and supported by the integrity, grit and endurance gifted to her by way of a sextile to Pluto. Yeah, it's going to take awhile to fill these fissures. But, the efforts will be worthy in the long run. Roll up your sleeves. But...do NOT go bolting out of the gate!

At 5:00 Mercury meets Mars by accident prone square at 5:00 PM. This is a standoff between work life and social life. Responsibility and relationship. Mars in Capricorn is ambitious. Mercury in Libra has a tendency to procrastinate or waffle in making decisions. To wrangle this square effectively use your motivations and goals as guides for your decision making. Long term, what do you want to accomplish? Ok, does this decision fit with meeting that goal? Then, adjust when/where necessary. Know there may be pushes from the outside to make up your mind. There may be arguments with your boss or authority figures. You may have to work on balancing work life and personal life. But, the main thing is not to try to rush (physically) through any of this though there may, indeed, be push from somewhere to feel if as if you need to rush. Slow down. Pay attention to what you are doing. Take the time you need to weigh everything out and make up your mind. Act with integrity, wisdom and foresight.

By nightfall, the Moon in Pisces finds Chiron by conjunction (9:29 PM) and then moves on to trine Venus in Scorpio before dawn (3:14 AM). There is a very quiet and very personal reckoning that has opportunity to occur here. But, you have to be willing to do the soul searching and personal truth rectifying to get there.

Friday, October 14, 2016

Following the Moon's trine with Venus she is Void until entering Aries at 11:09 AM. Meanwhile, the Sun in Libra meets Chiron in Libra by inconjunct at 10:11 AM. So the healing and rectification on an internal level continue even as the Moon is Void. We see more of our collective bias and learn more about ourselves in the process.

<>

After the Moon turns back on, judgment calls and decisions are made as Mercury in Libra sextiles Saturn at 2:47 PM. You best take your oath to tell the truth and nothing but the truth so help you. This is where “liberty and justice for all” becomes the battle cry. Because, hey, wasn't that part of our initial goals to start with? Or was that something we just said because it sounded cool. You did hear the “for all” part? Right? Ok. Then take the witness stand and tell the truth and nothing but the truth. That's the only thing you will be able to stand firm on in the long run.

The emotional reactions to some of these testaments of truth are going to be over the freaking top as the Moon opposes Jupiter in Libra at 11:35. Those potentially overblown emotional reaction are going to lead us into the “next big thing” which is an opposition from the Sun in Libra to Uranus in Aries bright and early in the morning. The facts divulged today leads to the severing of ties and breaking of chains tomorrow. It also leads to call of peace and justice in the face of more violent rebellion. It calls for balance against pure vigilante justice and for reform in the ways in which make judgment calls to begin with. And, again, the call to be inclusive and fair rings through the world with this opposition. LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL. Yes, ALL. And, yes, many will break or wriggle free form oppressive and subordinating relationships during this time.

Saturday, October 15, 2016

We wake up in the fire and air mixture between the Sun and Uranus opposition that I mentioned yesterday. Today is, indeed, electrified. Many feel as if they are standing on the edge of a revolution. In fact, we collectively very well may be.

As the Sun and Uranus hang in opposition, the Moon in Aries squares off with Mars in Capricorn. There is ambiguity here and questions of loyalty and integrity to be considered here. As well as elements of over-powering versus using authority properly. Serve and protect.
The emotional volatility does settle a bit by way of a trine from the Moon to Saturn at 7:47 AM. Stabilize and mobilize.

By 9:54 AM, disagreement re-initiates with a standoff between the Moon and Mercury in Libra at 9:54 AM. Mercury reminds us, it's not all about you...there is a bigger world out there to keep in consideration too. But, yes, there could be more than one verbal sparring match to contend with in today's sky.
At 11:20 AM the Aries Moon stands off with the depth of our own deception and stares into the abyss left behind by Pluto in Capricorn. What you see here may be just enough to piss you off. The secret plots. The conspiracy theories. The ways in which we have been fooled or misled. The ways in which we have allowed things like greed and indentured servitude to take over our world. The ways in which we have sold our souls. There is chance for emotional manipulation here and abuses of power. There is plenty of room for friction and general nastiness. Stay strong. Remember there is no courage without fear. And, get a good firm grasp upon your integrity especially if you feel tempted to do otherwise.
After our emotional body traverses this fearful square, Mercury also squares off with Pluto increasing the tendency toward paranoia, fearful hate speech, the loud clearly spoken shadow of the collective and even the potential for severe militant action which in turn leads to a quick revolt as the Moon finds Uranus by conjunction less than an hour before our Full Moon in Aries pops wide the heck open.
Many will hear the swoosh of the sword as it slices through the air. The whistle it makes within that slice sounds a lot like, “ENOUGH!” SWOOSH “ENOUGH”

Again. Ties are severed. Chains are broken. We MUST find a better, more intelligent, more liberating, more encompassing way to deal with modern day issues. Bickering and violence is not going to cut it. But, this Mercury/Pluto square that breeds paranoia and fear is going to be a hard thing to contend with. Make sure you know the facts. Make sure you know what bridges you are burning. And, don't forget this is not all about your singular point of view there is a whole collective out there to consider in this too.

The Sabian for the Full Moon reads as follows:

SUN AT 24 LIBRA: A butterfly spreads its wings showing an extra left one. Potentiality of new forms. Instinctive expansion of self; or submergence in the not-self.

MOON AT 24 ARIES: A window curtain blown inward, shaped like a cornucopia. Good fortune attending upon the putting forth of effort. Rush of spiritual forces into the conscious ego. Protection.

See? There is promise here. But you've got to overcome the demons of your own mind to get there. That's where you should wage battle first. Free yourself from the chains you have put on your own self by way of attempting to please everyone or do what it is everyone thinks you should do instead of following the truth in your own heart. Steer yourself away from users, abusers and those that continually try to hold you down and manipulate you. True vigilante justice these days comes by way of finding love and acceptance for your good neighbors instead of competing with them for power and or resource. It comes from disconnecting from abusive and undermining relationships while recognizing the supportive and inclusive ones at the same time. Be careful where you aim that sword. Be careful which bridge you blow to smithereens. But, when you narrow your target down to those things that keep poisoning you....BOOM. And walk away.

Follow the Full Moon, she is void until entering Taurus midday tomorrow. We'll need that Void Moon. It's going to take awhile for the dust to settle here.

Sunday, October 16, 2016

Oh, yes, much nicer here with the Moon waking up in Taurus at 11:05 AM. We centered a little more comfortably...a little less nuts and a little less reactive today. The Moon saunters through Taurus today with her only building aspect coming by way of a sextile with Neptune at 2:09 AM. SHEW. I'm glad all that's over. Aren't you? Where's the cake? And my fluffy blanket? Plus all those wonderful cuddly cuddles? That's where you need to focus today. Whatever it is that brings you comfort and tangible Earthy solid Venus. Indulge. Relax. It's been quite a crazy week. But, we made it. We really did. Now, maybe we can relax for a minute...maybe even a whole day!
