This morning, we wake up to
the Moon in Capricorn conjunct Pluto Rx at 5:06 AM. You know what
that sounds like to me? A serious dread and foreboding all wrapped in
the package of a Monday. But, for real, this is a dark cloud that
greets us. One that has serious business on it's heart and mind.
There may be fears. There may be desire to control. There may be
abuses of power because of fear.. The “powers that be” who adhere
to subservient agendas will shift in their thrones this week. They
should rightfully be afraid because consequence is going to find
them. That fact makes me a little giddy, actually.
This is a very sober aspect.
Dark. Not the wake up and shine that I prefer. More of a cautiously
arise and check under the bed and in the closet because it feels like
you are being watched paranoid kind of rising. At the very least,
folks are inclined to be concerned with something serious and deep in
their life. We are not concerned with light matters. These are
concerns that lay heavily on our hearts. Consequences and outcomes
that threaten to destroy or expose. Or, be hurtful or dreadful in
some other way. Foreheads are furrowed. Eyes are narrowed. Not a
twitch of a tree limb or flutter of an insect wing goes by without
drawing our attention. Intuition is likely astute but is under threat
of being colored with paranoia.
Be brave. Stare down your
fears. Soul search for the root of those deep emotions and deeply
embedded fears. Face them down. We've survived many a Monday. It's
likely we will survive this one too. Be fierce; but, be responsible
for the ways in which you use your powers.
By 3:01 PM, the Moon is in
trine to Mercury in Virgo. Details are discussed. If it isn't
truthful, factual or useful, it should be discarded. Attempts to
manipulate the truth are easily seen. Mercury in Virgo can tell when
you are lying and doesn't have time to waste on sussing out what
would be the truth. He's just going to discard everything you say
after the first lie is discovered. So, if you don't have knowledge to
contribute to the conversation, or if you don't have something of use
to say; then, don't waste your breath. This discussion is to serve a
cause. It is also great energy to use to put together a long term or
short term plan. Both Capricorn and Virgo are planners. Putting the
common sense of both together can result in a sustainable delineation
of the path forward. The calm cool rational head is going to benefit
most from this Earth trine.
At 9:27 PM the Capricorn
Moon stubs her toe on Chiron in Pisces by sextile right before
finding Uranus harshly by square at 9:44 PM. This can be unsettling.
Moon/Uranus is anxious and reactive. Chiron holds our triggers. So,
there may be some late night upset to contend with in the way of hurt
feelings or a bit of anxiety. Ground it out. Don't become too upset
if routines are toppled. Improvise.
The pieces likely fall back
together as the Moon trines grounded and practical Jupiter in Virgo
at 10:47 PM. Following this trine, the Moon is Void until entering
Aquarius in the morning at 7:54 AM.

This morning we wake up to a
sparkling nearly full Aquarius Moon. To add emphasis to the
“Aquarian” vibe, the Sun is also trine Uranus at 4:23 PM.
Honestly, I love this set up. I also like the looks of our incoming
Full Moon. You see, Mercury sits at the apex of a Yod between the
Moon and Pallas in Aquarius and Uranus in Aries. Smart. Logical but
also enveloped with common sense. Talk about a brainy mixture. The
secret to using this energy is to work with the brilliance of Pallas.
And, oh...my friends, she is brilliant. She is a strategist. A
pattern seeker. A puzzle solver. Here, in sextile to Uranus, her
wisdom is greatly punctuated. She seeks new and unusual solutions to
long standing problems. She collaborates with others who seek viable
solutions to wide reaching problems. She can gather all the pieces of
the puzzle and help us put Humpty Dumpty back together again. Then,
we have Mercury in Virgo who knows whether the high-minded solutions
offered by Pallas and Uranus are viable in the real world. Are they
practical? Are they applicable? Are they doable? In the end, we may
just see that the solutions we are discovering are so crazy they just
might work. The next few days offer opportunity to increase your
expertise in any area you choose. It is also a good time for seeking
expert advise or collaborating with others over common sense
solutions. See, Aquarius/Uranus can over-complicate matters of the
brain. But, Mercury in Virgo helps to bring this un-Earthly
brilliance to ground and put to use in our everyday life. These are
also days of discovery. They are also days in which we realize that
opportunities have been created like the passage found from the Tower
to the Star.
Even better than that, Venus
in Virgo is in trine to Pluto in Capricorn (10:14 PM on 8/17). Venus
has been through the wringer lately. First, she squared Saturn last
Saturday. Then, on Sunday she was washed out by an opposition to
Neptune. In the coming days, though, she blossoms and is renewed.
Re-animated. Strengthened. Dark. Powerful and beautiful. What's
interesting about Venus in Virgo in trine to Pluto in Capricorn
(since this is also my Venus return and I've had a good bit of time
to get used to this energy by transit) is that the more she shares,
the more that returns to her. I have been taking grocery bags filled
with vegetables from my garden to share with my workmates for several
weeks now. I return home to find my garden overflowing with just as
much as I have given away. So, I send more grocery bags filled with
vegetables with my husband to work to share with his coworkers. We've
shared with neighbors, friends, family. And, I'll be darned if the
fruits of our labors don't just keep multiplying to a degree that I'm
scrambling to keep up with putting away and storing what do plan to
keep.
Oh. There is more. We are
also working on a remodeling project. It is a large and, at times,
overwhelming task. Sometimes, we get anxious thinking about all the
resources we will need to finish the project. Yet, since Pluto has
been in trine to my Venus, it has been shown to me over and over
again that we will receive what we need to finish the project when it
is needed. All we have to do is put love and intention into the labor
and that love keeps being replenished to us by the Universe in ways
that sometimes the only reaction I can muster is a “Oh my gosh,
thank you!” as I shake my head in disbelief. Needless to say, I
think most folks are going to enjoy this trine.
Overall, what we are being
gifted with here is the perfect blend of masculine and feminine
energy. An androgynous mixture of wonderfulness. Plus, we are also
gifted with a very astute and strong power of attraction. You are
going to want to be careful where you point that. We are seeking to
manifest the truest desires of our heart not acquire a new stalker.
Aquarius and Uranian energy
are rich for wishing. Venus in trine to Pluto in Earth signs
manifests these wishes into tangible reality quickly. So. Be mindful
of what you say and careful what you wish for because the chances of
it coming to fruition are very likely. But, honey, if you are sure
this is what you want then I suggest you go all out and shoot for the
Moon. Chances like this don't come along very often. Be honest. Be
optimistic and be future minded while remaining responsible for the
consequences you might create and you really cannot go wrong here.
Start practicing now. I did
an exercise in an online group some time ago where I had participants
visualize a red balloon. We went from seeing it in our minds to
imagining how it would feel to hold it, smell it, taste it. Every
single person in the group found their red balloon after doing this
exercise. Some tripped across pictures of one. I literally found mine
on the way to work. One lady had a balloon floating outside her
window. So, focus in on whatever it is your heart is yearning for and
practice energetically pulling the thing toward you. I'm pretty
excited about this.
Now, there is some trickery
going on in regard to Mars during this week. At the Full Moon we find
him in a mutable t-square with Venus and Neptune as he waxes into
conjunction with Mars. This tells me to remind you not to over-reach
and that obtaining your heart's desire does not come by way of force
or repression of others. It also tells me that faith is called for as
well as standing and walking tall upon the principles of your own
truth. This is a “hold your rudder true” aspect. Patiently and
diligently taking the steps you need to take with thought and
intention. Violence will get you shut down. Abuses of power will get
you called out. Be willing to share. Be willing to help. Be willing
to work. Be willing to wait while holding on to your faith. Keep your
eye on the prize and your bow pointed to true North. But, above all,
be sure you are focusing on something positive...because it's coming.
It's coming.
Oh yeah. Back to today. The
Sun is trine Uranus and folks are inclined to act independently. Sun
in Leo trine Uranus in Aries is forthright with the truth of their
identity giving not one flip if that is widely acceptable or not.
Many are tired of wearing the shackles of projection and having who
they are to become dictated to them. We want to be free. We want
liberation. We want to celebrate our individuality and surround
ourselves with others who celebrate us as we are. We want to be in
places that call for no facade. The angel in the Star is naked
because she is fully self-accepting and unafraid to be unmasked. The
bohemian vibe of this day blossoms beautifully, in my opinion. Dare
to be different, unusual, quirky and ok with it. And, while you are
at it, why not acknowledge and thank those that accept you as you are
and don't try to cover up your you-ness. Know, though, the LAST thing
you want to try to do is to boss folks around. No one is going to
take kindly to that.
At 6:51 PM the Moon passes
by Mars in Sagittarius by sextile. This is motivational and allows us
to put emotional energy (get into) the work we have ahead of us. And,
soon, elbow grease and tenacity will be called for as Mars is within
orb officially now of a conjunction with Saturn in Sagittarius. As a
matter of fact, the Moon meets her traditional ruler by sextile later
tonight at 1:23 AM. Sober. Wise. Logical. We are called to diligently
leave conscious footsteps behind us as we travel forward.

This morning, the Moon is
still growing in Aquarius. She seems so Full she could nearly pop.
But, we aren't quite there yet. The Full Moon perfects, officially,
tomorrow morning at 5:28 PM. The big news is that Venus officially
finds Pluto by trine at 10:14 PM. Emotions are high but our affect is
cool and logical while desires are strong. Smoldering hot, sexy
aloofness perfectly mixed with ice water in your veins...yeah...it's
a lot like that.
At midnight, the Moon
perfects at an inconjunct with Mercury in Virgo and meets Uranus by
sextile at 2:52 AM. This completes the Full Moon Yod that I discussed
earlier in the week. See? It even sounds magical to be out in the
dark under the stars making wishes at midnight...or nearly 3 AM even!
Go for it.
It is also a wonderful night
for charging things up with wishing power. I'll be sitting my
ingredients out for wishing powder under this Full Moon. But you
definitely want to put your Uranus themed stones and tools out there
too. These include lapis lazuli, turquoise, metal accessories like
copper or silver, even your hammer of Thor amulet and etc. Of course,
you can use a Full Moon to clean/charge any stone. But, you
definitely want to pull these out so they can soak up the power of
our Lightning God. You can also charge amulets that you want to use
in power of attraction work due Venus/Pluto. This is also a great
time to harvest/store magical herbs. With a Full Moon in Aquarius,
might I suggest freezing them. Here is a link to an article that will
show you how and why. But, yes, you can also harvest then
subsequently dry or can...just don't waste. Recycle where you can and
feed any organic leftovers or scraps back to the Earth. Also, don't
forget to give thanks for the bounty the Earth is delivering and
SHARE!

Ah, this morning the energy
cracks and pops. The Moon is at her most full at 5:28 AM. A sparkly
start to our day that brings culmination, climax and a chance to let
go of the old and be prepared to escort in the new. What comes to our
Lunar sphere following this? Eclipses. Starting with a New Moon
Eclipse in Virgo on September 1. New Moon eclipses are NOTORIOUS for
swinging open unexpected doorways. So, even if you have no Earthly
idea how it is you are going to get to where you want to go...put
your intention out there. At a Full Moon, intentions should revolve
around release. Sounds counterproductive in the way of manifestation,
right? But, it isn't when you release blocks be they mental or
physical. Are there thought patterns or mentalities that continually
usurp you? Are there fears that keep you from achieving your
definition of success? Is your environment cluttered making the
energy/air stagnant? Open the windows and release it all. Clear out
and make room for the new that coming.
The Full Moon falls upon the
following sabians (and don't forget that Venus is still within orb of
Pluto and we have that Mercury Yod still happening—refresh
yourselves on the previous days write ups):
THE SUN AT 26 LEO: As
light breaks through clouds, a perfect rainbow forms. Promise of
conscious immortality after the death of useless things. Spiritual
linkage through emotional stress. Blessing.
THE MOON AT 26 AQUARIUS: A
garage man is seen ready to test the battery of a car. Capacity
of self to take up and deliver spiritual power. Controlled release of
power through the emotions. Measurement.
And, we should probably
check in with Uranus too since this is “his” Moon and he is
highly involved in it:
URANUS AT 25 ARIES: A
double promise reveals its inner and outer meanings. Fortuitous
cooperation between inner and outer elements of being. A sense of
responsibility to self or to society.
Oh, I like the sound of ALL
THAT! However, right after the Full Moon pops, she enters Void status
until 12:35 PM when she enters Pisces. So, set your wishes/release
intentions as the Moon is still waxing or wait until later tonight
when the Moon is active again. Pisces Moons are excellent for making
stuff disappear. Whether you really want them to disappear or not. We
lose and misplace stuff. We can be easily distracted and also easily
influenced by the energies of others. Whereas we are definitely not
so prone to this under the Aquarius Moon and/or Sun/Uranus.
Therefore, the timing of your wishes/intentions should depend on what
it is you are trying to do.
At midnight the Pisces Moon
squares off with Mars in Sagittarius. This can be a feeling of
ambiguity or overwhelm. Yes. We have a long way to go yet. However,
dreams are likely active and rich with symbolism...if you manage to
make it to the dreamscape. Watch and note ethereal signage.
Directional pointers and clues. Adjust and tweak plans if needed but
don't let self-doubt stop you on your way to achieving your broader
goals. Re-calibrate your compass.

This morning we wake up
dreamy but also with a sense of purpose and boundary under a Pisces
Moon in square to Saturn in Sagittarius (5:20 AM). This is another
manifestation aspect but it's more difficult to wrangle than if it
were coming from a trine like we had with Venus and Pluto. This is a
reality call. This is shoring up your dreams so that they mesh within
the reality of the world we live in. It also calls for us to be
willing to the work we are called to do in order to manifest. It also
calls for patience and an adherence to faith. But, it's going to
largely come across as grumpy. Yet, creative clay is at our disposal
and we will soon discover that achieving our desires is not best
approached by force. But, through generosity, gentleness and a clear
vision of the long-term...and giving a damn about the consequences
you may or might not create along the way. And, if you are making
promises, plan to keep them.
Now that Saturn is direct,
he is beginning to wax back into square with Neptune. And, Mars is
chasing them both. Mars officially meets Saturn by conjunction on
August 24th...which is interesting because that's a date
that I've heard popping up a lot lately and have been wondering why.
Now we both know. Then, he squares Neptune on August 26th.
Then, the Lord of tempo and time (Saturn) squares of with the God of
the Sea, illusion and dreams on September 10th. HOWEVER,
Saturn and Neptune are HUGE factors during our New Moon eclipse on
September 1. Saturn squares the Nodes while Neptune lingers around
the SN in Pisces. As the New Moon perfects, she opposes Neptune and
squares Saturn. The Sun follows this path shortly after. Talk about
mutable t-square madness. We will need to be flexible while being
prepared for the unexpected during those days. Be ready to jump
through those swinging open doors. By, the time Saturn and Neptune do
perfect in square we will be under a totally different sky. Jupiter
and Venus will have moved into Libra while Mercury will have flipped
retrograde in Virgo. There may be stitches ripped out and re-sewn
during that retrograde. It's alright. Who says you have to get it
right the first time? The real alchemy is found in the continuation
of the mixing and experiment.
We do get a quick taste of
this energy today as the Moon moves away from her early morning
square (reality check) with Saturn and almost immediately is immersed
by Neptune after (7:22 AM). At around the same time (8:07 AM),
Mercury in Virgo opposes Chiron in Pisces. Nurse your sick mind.
Triage. Prioritize. Be practical and remain grounded. We are going to
experience this twice more. Acknowledge those triggers. Don't deny
them. Acknowledge your addictions and the pains you are trying so
desperately to forget or escape. Find solutions instead. Foster more
effective coping mechanisms. Quit metaphorically punching yourself in
the face. One of the tasks on Saturn/Neptune's task list is to grab
your attention about your addictions whether you are addicted to
food, drugs, alcohol, denial, lying...whatever your “fix” you
need to address it and realize all you are doing is masking symptoms
of something much deeper. Don't mask the symptoms. Treat the illness.
This theme is continually
brought forth throughout the day. The Moon sextiles Pluto at 2:33 PM
instilling us with fortitude, responsibility and integrity...not to
mention a sense of fearlessness. Mercury completes his inconjunct
with Uranus at 2:55 PM opening the pathway for brilliance to wax in
if we are willing to address our personal issues with practicality.
Then, as the Moon opposes Venus at 6:25 PM we can nurture our
disillusionment and that feeling of separation from what we want with
just the right medicine. Venus in Virgo is the realistic nurse maid
that Moon in Pisces needs. The secret is to balance the polarity
blending dream with reality...gently bringing order to chaos...humbly
serving the collective with our growing empathic nature without
enabling, guilting or criticizing.

The tug of war between
Pisces and Virgo continues this morning. We begin with a severe
check-in with our denial as the Moon meets Chiron by conjunction
(5:23 AM) then subsequently opposes Mercury in Virgo (6:41 AM). Fact
check. Be honest with yourself. That's the MOST important thing here.
Then, as the Moon opposes Jupiter in Virgo (8:22 AM), don your Virgo
Superhero cape and go out there and be the superhero you need. Your
own best Florence Nightingale. Don't expect a real superhero to swoop
in and save you. This is totally a DIY sky. So, quit victimizing
yourself and become the saving force you need, instead. Or, you can
just clean/organize something. There is always room for that on the
Pisces/Virgo polarity. Plus, sorting out your physical world helps to
bring order to your internal world. Sounds too simple, right? Well,
with Jupiter, Venus and Mercury in Virgo, simplicity is best. Don't
be afraid of the simple answers to your complex questions. This is
also a good day to ditch bad or unhealthy habits, btw. No matter how
you look at it though, the truth is going to emerge. And, for some,
this is going to be disappointing.
Following the opposition
with Jupiter, our Pisces Moon is Void until entering Aries at 3:19
PM. Might I suggest a nap during this time. The wake up call of the
Aries Moon is coming and you are going to want to be well rested for
that! Sunday morning we are traveling!

WAKE UP! WAKE UP! IT'S TIME
TO GO! This morning the Moon in Aries is in trine to both Mars (5:10
AM) and Saturn (7:44 AM) in Sagittarius. Simon says, “Take one
purpose filled stepped forward and MEAN IT!” Progress made today
has sticking power. There is traction to be had. Get moving! Now, I'm
not telling you take off at full speed right into a brick wall. I'm
telling you to be responsible and fill your movements with intention.
Be aware of where you are going but definitely go! We are wise
travelers not impulsive or foolish.
By 4:43 PM, the Moon sinks
into a dark square with Pluto in Capricorn. Yeah. Some folks will
revert to subservient methods to get where they are going. They feel
as if they have to trample or abuse others to get to where they need
to go. That's alright. SATURN WILL DEAL WITH THESE FOLKS. Soon. Keep
your own nose clean and instead reach for the endurance and fortitude
offered by this mixture. Dig deep and keep moving forward. Be led not
into temptation or greed. If you can't get it on the “high road”
you don't need it anyway because Karma will always find you. Totally
not worth it. Not today, Satan. Not today.
Meanwhile, Mercury in Virgo
is closing in on a conjunction to Jupiter in Virgo due to perfect on
Monday morning. This coincides with a lunar conjunction to Uranus.
Patient, diligent and still is the wise huntress...truth is coming.
The timing is perfecting and your fruit is becoming ripe on the vine.
In an effort to get prepared
for the beauty of all that energy, stare deeply into your fears and
face them down. Again, be 100% self-honest. Fearless about your truth
however you may find it. Accepting of what you find. Work with it,
not against it. Keep your intuitive and instinctive radar up and be
ready. Divine timing and grace are upon us. You are going to want to
be ready to use that effectively. Thunder may rumble. Lightning may
strike. Find the eye of the storm and bravely plant yourself there.
We are headed for quite a wild ride. If that scares you, then you
obviously have some self-work to do. Take a deep breath. Center.
Allow yourself to believe you “got this” however “this” may
manifest for you. We've been more than well prepared for this. Be at
the ready to jump through your door of opportunity as it opens.
