Morning Star: Astrology for the week of March 27 to April 2, 2016

Sunday, March 27, 2016

On a personal level, this is the time of year that I am reminded of how many Aries folks I have in my life. The birthday reminders start on the 23rd and run all the way to April 1. As a Libra, I have stopped and asked myself if it could be true that opposites attract due this phenomena. I mean, I'm so not Aries. So. Not. Aries. However, one of my tasks in this lifetime was to learn how to use my Mars. So, I have all these Mars people in my life. Each of them different. Some are positive role models. Some, not so much. But, they are all teachers just the same. Drawn into my life as solid example of the energy I need to develop more fully. It was only after I found Astrology that I understood this. I have what is considered a “debilitated” Mars in Libra. He is conjunct Uranus and Pluto while trining Saturn. To be “debilitated” he certainly is a force to be reckoned with. He is also in a tight opposition to my Chiron which, of course, is in Aries. Once I noted that configuration it was easy to figure out the purpose of all these Aries folks. My parents and my stepmother. My oldest and dearest friend. My nemesis, even. Literally, the asteroid Nemesis also resides in Aries in my natal chart. After all, though my NN is in Capricorn, it is also in my first house. So, there is plenty to learn, grow and develop in Aries territory, too, in an effort to fully meet the call of my North Node. I do get a little aggravated at times, though. It's like the Universe made me a Super Libra; but her overall plan was grow me into this Capricorn/Aries thing. Calling me to initiate. Take charge. Be the responsible warrior. “Not fair,” I say. But, had it been a less challenging path, I would have been excruciatingly bored. So, in the end, the Universe knows best, I guess.

I mention this because among the collective, we are being called to do much of the same thing I've been called to do in regard to my Mars. Re-learn how to effectively initiate. Learn to pick our battles. Refine our warrior selves in such a way that we do not unwittingly become the ugly force we recognize in our enemies. We are being called to start over. Learn to walk again, metaphorically. While also being called to discover our own personal truth while gently and humbly (GENTLY AND HUMBLY! I said.) but unashamedly walking forward with it. This is the Universal task being laid before us right now. So, keep that knowledge tucked under your hat as we slowly move into Spring and summer.
Long-term trajectory aside, today we wake up to a Void Moon in Scorpio following a trine with Chiron in Pisces at 10:46 AM. She remains Void until entering Sagittarius at 2:47 AM. We quietly and gently traverse this rather dispassionate day. Contemplating our spiritual emergence and what it may hold. We heal. We rest. And, prepare to begin, again. Quitting remains a non-option.

The eclipses have ended for now. Though, the adjustments they have caused us to make will be an ongoing issue. The dull gong resonates through still echoes. Soon, we will pull our feet back under ourselves and attempt to stand again. But, today, our feet are best found propped up and relaxed. Bare and unrestricted. Oh, a pedicure would be nice!!

Monday, March 28, 2016

This morning the Moon is brilliant in Sagittarius. She spends most of the day waxing into a a conjunction with Mars (4:13 PM) followed by a trine to the Sun (8:13 PM). It's a good day to get out and about. Motion and action satisfy the call of today's Moon. She wants to wander, roam and venture out to explore. Therefore, being trapped in an office most the day may be a little dissatisfying. My suggestion, if this is you, open a window if you can to let fresh air in. Take frequent breaks to get up and move around. And, later tonight, plan on going for a walk or to the gym. Something that gets you moving. In my opinion, something that preferably gets you outside.

I don't know the specific fire conditions in your area. But, if you are good to go, then today would be a good day to burn Winter's old clothes. Double bonus if you save the ash and till it in your future garden spot. As a matter of fact, the next two weeks (during the waning moon) are excellent for final preparations to your dirt in your garden, pots or whatever for planting. Our waning Water or Earth Moons are perfect for planting veggies that produce underground like onions or radishes. Mine went in the ground under the Scorpio Moon. However, you have plenty of time and ample opportunity under Moon in Capricorn or Pisces prior to the New Moon in Aries.
Overall, it is a fairly playful day. I even see some room for laughter and finally getting to lean into your budding Spring fever. Our hair is down. Our clothing is light and springy. I called a halt to the season for closed toe shoes about 3 weeks ago. Many will follow...lol...”in toe” after today.

Later tonight (11:50 PM) the Moon does square Neptune which can rain on our little Spring parade. However, it occurs so late in the day that it could be perfect for sending us off for a good night's visit to dreamland. Since the signs of Pisces and Sagittarius both deal with the dreamscape, sleeptime could bring interesting scenery and symbolism. Either way, getting physically active in the heart of the day will likely bring more sound sleep tonight.

Tuesday, March 29, 2016

This morning we wake up fairly easily for the most part. Our active Sagittarius Moon waxes into a mind-racing trine with Mercury at 8:57 AM which is followed quickly by a square to Jupiter at 9:57 AM. We yearn for the far reaching in order to cast of the dust and bring air and movement back into our lives. Only problem with that, there is work to do and responsibilities to take care of. The Moon finds Saturn by harsh conjunction at 11:19 AM. Saturn and Jupiter are separated by a mere 1 degree at this time. The pressure of their square is waning, but still present. The Moon passes through and links the two back up, temporarily. The mind spins trying to tackle all the jobs we have before us. While Jupiter and Saturn remind us not too get overwhelmed nor take ourselves and our work too seriously. Instead, take your time and diligently chunk out one thing at a time instead of trying to do everything at once. Think about how much more freely you will be able to move once you've checked some of these “burdens” off your list.
Today is certainly a “get up and get busy” type of day. That doesn't mean you can't have fun with it. As a matter of fact, I highly suggest you do.

At 2:37 PM, Mercury gets a peek at Jupiter's checklist through an inconjunct. Then, motors rev as the Moon finds Uranus by, yet another, fire trine at 6:03 PM. Get busy in the morning. Note your progress on your to do list in the early evening. Then, by tonight, feel more free and less encumbered due your progress under the Uranus trine.
As a Capricorn rising with Venus in Virgo and Saturn Rx in the 6th, I always consider work and responsibility and those blessed task lists first. Tonight, though, feel free to be satisfied with what you've accomplished and cast that task list aside for lighter and more social activities. Oh, the wind longs to play with your hair. So, give it an opportunity.
There is a bit of “crunchy” that enters our atmosphere later tonight as the Moon squares Venus in Pisces at 9:56 PM and Chiron at 10:38 PM. So, don't OVER do to avoid aching muscles and tired arches tonight. Remember, slow diligence this morning and carefree in the later afternoon. Then, rest (perhaps a nice hot soaking bath) and recuperate tonight. Many may discover that even though they have spent the last two days “running” they have yet to escape the problems in their heart. Nor, have they been able to dissolve them. Echoes are a possibility. Past lovers. Old friends. Overly rose-colored memories. Potentially painful reminders of the past OR there is also a possibility of fostering a sense of closure. It all depends on whether you decide to wallow or finally realize you can live “without it.”
Following the square with Chiron, the Moon is Void until entering Capricorn at 1:46 PM tomorrow. Yet, Mercury and Venus remain quite active after the Moon goes to sleep. This starts tonight as Mercury waxes into trine with Saturn Rx in Sagittarius at 11:03 PM.

The trine between Mercury and Saturn, of course, falls in fire signs. The brain is ready to take off with plans for the future and this is the perfect “pause” in emotionality to allow us to assess those plans. We want to lay solid pavers toward our future. This is a good time to pontificate their future placement and make our plans more concrete. There is no brain fog here. We are sharp. Quick. Decisions are swift and final.

Wednesday, March 30, 2016

This morning we wake up to the Moon still Void in Sagittarius as Venus bleeds due a conjunction with Chiron as she also crosses over the SN at 5:08 AM. Those “stubbed toes” of our past still ache. And, our new shoes may hurt our feet. Be easy with yourself. Forgive and accept as you heal and repair. Expect the echoes. Know, at times, they will be quite alluring. Yet, also, know that this is the same sneaky and wild energy that mermaids and sirens use to lure sailors to their deaths. Ok? I don't suggest following or becoming overly enchanted. What waits at the end could consume you. As a matter of fact, there is a story about a sailor who stuffed his ears with wax and tied himself to a mast post on his ship to avoid being “lured to his death” by these callings. Yeah. There ain't a darn thing wrong with guarding yourself against such, as well. Develop strong coping mechanisms while refusing to be caught in the undertow.

At 10:52 AM our warrior Mercury squares off with the formidable force of Dark Lord Pluto. Through it's lowest expression, this births paranoia. At it's highest, it is a ferocious detective. Fearlessly looking for clues and insight into how this “construct” got so effed up. It is a square. So, no light and easy thing. Therefore, arguments with authority, potentially violent protests and insidious plans can be birthed or acted upon here. The Moon IS void, though. So that helps a bit. But, yeah, there could be some sailor mouths out there. Sailor mouths and mermaid echoes. You know...that whole wax in your ears thing is starting sound more and more appealing to me. Just, in that, don't get too wrapped up in your own negative inner speech. Don't become a victim of your own mentality. Feel free to unravel and re-wrap your brain/perspective, if necessary.

The Moon steps solidly into Capricorn at 1:46 PM. I guess all the ruckus with Venus, Chiron, Mercury and Pluto finally rustled her up from her slumber. We are called to become accountable for our own emotions. Become steadied and imbibed with integrity, foresight and forbearance. Stabilize. But, prepare to soften with the mud of creativity. The Moon sextiles Neptune in the morning immediately prior to our “final flush” Last Quarter Moon.

Thursday, March 31, 2016

This, my friends, is a VERY powerful day. We begin soft with a sextile from the Moon to Neptune at 10:01 AM. I like this aspect as it brings compassion to authority and limbers up an otherwise “bottom line” oriented Moon. Plus, there is the factor of creative clay/mud which allows us to sculpt our emotions into the art of our choosing. While the influx of water does cause our hearts to stir a bit, it also brings with it the ability to accept, forgive and bring forth a final purging of water that may have grown stagnant in our hearts. Release. Create. Bring form to this instead of allowing it to lay and sour bringing birth blood sucking mosquitoes.
Our Last Quarter Moon waxes in at 11:18 pitting our Capricorn Moon against our Aries Sun at about 11 degrees of Cardinal. There is an internal negotiation that needs to occur here between the Corporal and the Warrior within. Battle strategy may need to be re-negotiated. However, know this can cause conflict with authority figures in mundane manifestation. Re-set your priorities if needed. But, definitely reserve the right to call your own shots while remaining accountable for any consequence that may bring. Just don't forget the potential consequence when you are firing away. The solid responsible Capricorn Moon knows that shooting out of the gate is not a good idea right now. Allow the drag to happen and use that time to ditch excess baggage. Work to become lighter and think less of what has happened and, instead, focus on what you want to achieve in the future. Continue releasing. Cutting negative attachment. Recognizing and rectifying ways in which you trip yourself up and get ready to start off with more solid and lighter footing...soon...soon enough.

Holding true to being a “Day of Thor,” following the Last Quarter Moon, Mercury meets up with Uranus in Aries by conjunction at 4:50 PM. EUREKA! His hammer falls and busts up all kinds of bullshit. Let me tell you what, I'm the type that loves this aspect. Of course...I would with Mercury in Scorpio in the 11th house. But, mental lightening zaps (and thunderstorms), for real, turn me on. Others see it as mania. I see it as invigorating and enlightening. My grandson has this aspect in Aries in his natal chart. He's only 3 but he speaks like a very well-educated adult. It's like one day he woke up and instead of babbling he was speaking fully formed and grammatically correct sentences. He picks up on new concepts quickly. But, he doesn't have an inch of patience. Not one. Waiting is excruciating for him as his little eager mind yearns to be fed with new knowledge and experience. I sit back and watch him with both fear and awe. Because, I realize...”Oh my gosh. He's smarter than every single adult around him. WE could be in BIG trouble.” LOL! Plus, he's really cute. So, yeah, we are all screwed.

I'm telling you what, though, mouths will have NO FILTER today. Something may roll off your tongue before you even get a chance to really think about it. At the same time, though, brilliant ideas and solutions may also wax in. The best possibility of that happening occurs if you took the time to get the garbage out of your brain and did the mental purge as called for under Mercury square Pluto and the Last Quarter Moon. Calling a halt to wallowing and freeing up brain space opens up room for brilliance to come in. But, it may not be a bad idea to back off from the caffeine. Expect today to be kind of loud and fast paced.

After the mental electric shock treatments, the Moon finds Jupiter in a solid Earthy trine (6:58 PM). This is nice. Grounded. Practical. Allows us to work magic with our lightning bolt inspiration and lay down a plan that helps inspiration become manifest. We are confident. Emotionally sturdy and inspired to keep moving forward with the pavers on our path forward. It also helps to ground out and direct any leftover lightening bolts. Just the energy we need at just the right time!
By 10:38 PM the Moon finds Pluto by conjunction. At it's worst, this can catalyze greed and a desire to emotionally control others. At it's highest and most beneficial, it packs tenacity and endurance. A searing emotional fire that uses outdated mentality as fuel. An excoriation of the emotional body that calls for us to keep releasing and purging...cleansing and renewing as we become deeply entrenched in the work that eventually produces an exalted Phoenix. It's dark, rich and quite sexy when used correctly. It's paranoid, fearful and greedy when left to run it's own course. Resist temptation that only threatens to pull you backward or undo you. Invoke the blessing of will power that comes from this movement, instead.

This is a night when “burning the midnight oil” could be a thing. It's been ridiculously busy already; but, the energy of the Mercury/Uranus conjunction sustains as the Moon moves on to square them both starting at 3:21 AM and ending with the square to Mercury at 5:14 AM in our early morning of tomorrow.

Friday, April 1, 2016

Fool's rush in where angels fear to tread. This is an apt statement on this April Fool's day. Many spent a restless mind churning night and wake up frazzled under today's sky as a result. However, those who managed to tame the electricity through the gentleness and grounding offered by yesterday's Earth trine, the morning begins with more solid purpose rather than just fried brains and scrambled thoughts.
Following a square with Mercury at 5:14 AM, the Moon checks in via sextile with Chiron and the SN. How are you healing? What still needs to be purged and addressed? Here is your gut check opportunity for assessment.

In our early afternoon, the Moon is also softened and subdued with a gentle sextile to Venus in Pisces who sings of rest and pleasure. Perhaps even heralding a call toward a nap at 12:40 PM. As a matter of fact, the set up is PERFECT to take a break. You know how a cat likes to curl up and snooze in the sunlight coming through the windows and doors? Doesn't that look peaceful? Give it shot! Following this sextile, the Moon is Void until entering Aquarius at 9:38 PM. At that time, we will be more apt to socialize. But, in the early meat of the day, we are mostly spent. Tired from yesterday's over-stimulation. By nightfall, we are ready to come up for air.
Sesquisquares between the Moon and Jupiter (10:12 PM) and Mercury and Mars (11:55 PM) color a push to feel better and venture outward leaving the more dust in our wake as we release the past and reach out for brighter days. Gather friends around you. Dance a little. Allow yourself to be a bit carefree and happy. Don't guilt yourself over the opportunity for social interaction and light fellowship.
You'll be happy you did.

And, happy birthday to my Dad :) The most wonderful “Fool of April” I've had the pleasure to meet. Yeah, he's a natural prankster (in case you were wondering). But, after a lifetime of interaction with him, I've learned to expect and love that about him.

Saturday, April 2, 2016

This morning, our waning Aquarius Moon meets Mars in Sagittarius by gentle sextile (11:15 AM). Oh what a perfect set up for a road trip or venturing out to catch a view of the consistently awakening Spring scenery. It's not a day you want to spend locked up in your house, for sure. Get outside, folks. Allow the fresh Spring winds and tender greens inspire you. That's what they long to do.
The calling sense of adventure and running like free uninhibited children continues with a lovely sextile from the Moon in Aquarius to the Sun at 9:59 PM. Then, overnight we are supported by a nice grounded sextile from the Moon to Saturn (2:30 AM).

Go on. Give yourself permission to play. That's what this energy is here for. Remember playtime? Fun? How wonderful it feels to physically engage in things/activities you love? Why not stir up some of that today? The set up could NOT be more perfect. Cast your worries and work aside and get yourself some of that. The entire weekend is set up for pure enjoyment and freedom. We don't have such a privilege wrapped up in such sweet divine timing as we have before us this weekend. So, on your task list for the next two days, write “enjoyment” IN INK and fully lean into that however it may appeal to you.

Morning Star: Astrology for the week of March 20 to March 26, 2016

Sunday, March 20, 2016

This morning we wake up to a leveling. The Sun has crossed the threshold of Aries. Interestingly enough, Aries does relate to the head as well as our individual selves and this week is riddled with aspect patterns from planets that are considered “personal.” Today denotes the celebration of Ostara. The Spring Equinox that shortly precedes the Full Moon Eclipse in Libra on March 23rd. The Sun's movement into Aries brings the first spark of initiation and renewed life. The egg shell has cracked. But, there will be more sparks. The busiest planet in the sky this week is Venus. Par for the course, I assume as our lunar culmination occurs in her sign. She begins to take center stage today.
The Moon is Void in Leo as the new Aries Sun breaks dawn on the horizon. She remains Void until entering Virgo at 1:40 PM. Five minutes later, Venus in Pisces finds Neptune by conjunction. This is quite the interesting combination of energies. Mars is nowhere near subdued. This is his season and he lingers on his future station point as the Sun awakens in his territory.
So, what we have is Mars growing in intensity in Sagittarius as hearts melt in the sea of Neptune under a quite active Earth Moon. All combined can bring a plan of action inspired by our dreams. It's a spark of initiation that steers us down unknown pathways. We will begin hacking our way through uncharted territory with both hopes and fears of what we may find. There will be times when the work load is heavy and the path forward is uncertain. There will be times when we have to turn around or take detours. Every wary explorer expects this. And, with 3 planets turning retrograde in the coming month, reviews will certainly be taking place. Saturn turns retrograde in Sagittarius on March 25. Mars and Pluto station retrograde together on April 17/18th. Mercury zips through Aries and lands in Taurus on April 5th where he stations retrograde on April 28th. Jupiter continues to backpedal throughout.

What this means is during a season of initiation we have some some recalculating and recalibrating to do. At times, it will feel counter-productive. The journey is long. Don't waste your time asking, “Are we there yet?” Enjoy the ride and note what you see and encounter on the journey. No need to rush. That's a very important thing to tuck in the back of your consciousness. Set a manageable pace and remain flexible. Try to maintain your sense of humor and don't take yourself too seriously. Over ambition and bolting from the starting gate too quickly bears negative result. Emerge slowly and gracefully. That's what a Spring equinox with Neptune seducing Venus is like. It sets a tone, for sure. It's not a bad tone. Just not an overtly Aries one. It's different. Just as our approach to many situations should be. Of course, as a Libra I can say that. But, as far as I can see, most of the world needs some re-schooling in regard to how to live together. Welcome to it.
I am betting this week goes by quickly. I bet it seems that much of the Northern Hemisphere wakes up overnight. And, I bet MANY will notice that time seems to have lost it's Neptunian drag. Even as I type this, I realize I'm getting ahead of myself which is a trap many of us may fall into during the coming weeks. However, within this week there is definitely a chance of “head trouble.” Think about it. The trees are waking up and flowers are blooming. Those sensitive to pollens will feel that. Plus, with Mercury in Aries eventually burning up by conjunction to the Sun and trining Mars? Headaches in general will be a thing as well as the typical manic mind racing. So, there's that.

Today is largely subdued for it to be the first day of Aries Season. After the Moon passes into Virgo this afternoon, she squares off with our slow moving and intensified Mars in Sagittarius at 11:14 PM. There's ambiguity and a bit of discomfort with that. We may feel as if we need to do something but the body drags. Though we may have big plans for the days to come, we could procrastinate getting started. We aren't fully awake yet...merely stirring which could equate to a restless night. We feel that the egg shell has cracked but we are still covered in the fluid of birth (metaphorically...of course).

Monday, March 21, 2016

This morning, the Moon is still in Earthy Virgo and is softened by an opposition to Neptune at 10:00 AM. She finds Venus by the same 2 hours later. We could be a bit distracted and wishing the weekend had lasted just a bit longer.
At 8:20 PM, Mercury passes into Aries and the brain sparks. Emotions take form and perhaps darken and become cumbersome shortly after as the Moon squares Saturn at 10:07 PM. There is a realization of exactly how long the path is ahead and how much work there will be to do as the Moon then moves on to pre-link Saturn's waxing square Jupiter. She officially finds Jupiter by conjunction at 10:27 PM. Things may have been foggy and uncertain yesterday and this morning. But, the truth is glaringly obvious and clear by tonight. At least you know some of the facts. Plus, with Mercury's movement, we could very well change our minds or our perspectives about a few things. The opportunity is there if you need it. Definitely lean into independent thought and seek practical solution while maintaining a willingness to get your hands dirty in the process.

Our sense of fortitude and endurance deepens as the Moon finds Pluto by trine at 11:55 PM. Use this energy to roll your sleeves up and vow to hang in for the duration. Be fearless as you stare down what could become a potential challenge. Prepare to push the plow and prepare the ground. Know that much of what will need to be done begins with an inside job. Moon is in fix-it and Sun is in do it yourself.

Tuesday, March 22, 2016

Today is weird. Here we are on the eve of the eclipse. The Moon is fat and opposed Chiron as we wake (8:46 PM). This gives us an undeniable view of the ways in which we hobble ourselves. Our secretly denied or hidden pains. Our sickness. Our addictions.

It's probably very quiet like those darkest moments right before the Sun breaches the horizon. Many guts are stirring and many can feel the ecliptic energy waxing acutely in. But, following the Moon's opposition with Chiron, she is Void until waking up in Libra at 1:24 AM tonight. There's plenty of time for thinking things over. Many will be.

Wednesday, March 23, 2016

Duty. Responsibility. The truth. Social dictum. Government/political restriction. Religious oppression and conflict. Self-criticism and an ass load of work hangs in our sphere this morning as Jupiter and Saturn officially square off just before dawn (6:15 AM). Saturn is heavy and intensified. You know that's gotta be a lot of fun, right? Saturn's a fun guy. Not. Jupiter is typically the life of the party, but not in Virgo. Many will realize they may have bitten off a little more than they chew. More will feel hindered and feel as if they are being overly criticized by some type of authority even if it's due restrictions they've put on themselves. Some will feel crushed in a 10 of Wands scenario and realize they need to cast off a few burdens that only make life more cumbersome. Delegate. Or scrap it. Or do as much as you can and be alright with the amount you are able to produce. And, if it ain't yours don't carry it around. You'll have the perfect opportunity to cut some things loose in just a few hours.

At 7:12 AM our Libra Moon argues with Mercury in Aries. What they need to do is balance one another out. Think for yourself but be conscious of how consequences may affect the things you are connected to. Know the folks you surround yourself with and the things you feed your brain through media consumption DO AFFECT HOW YOU THINK. Don't be afraid to delay decision making or change your mind. Minds will likely race and we may also feel as if we need to keep everyone happy but there is so much work to do and...dammit...you are just one person. We acknowledge where relationships with certain entities may be weighing us down more than they are lifting us up and decide we don't have the time or energy for that anymore. And, you know what, “relationships” is a word that encompasses more than romance. It can include your relationship with yourself, your money, your job, your family, your addiction/illness, your enemies. A relationship is formed whenever you interact with something. On a mundane level this is a break-up Moon. But, it could denote more than just breaking up with your significant other. You could break up with your bank, your job, your smoking/drinking habit, your family, your negative self-defeating attitude...any number of things. I do encourage you to follow your heart. However, make sure you take your brain with you.
Click here for the story that accompanies this picture

Balancing is definitely called for in the realm of our personal Yin and Yang energies. At the very least, we should focus on the internal marriage of both our Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine aspects. Remember, eclipses are cutting and Full Moons are for release. Put that energy to work for you in your life deliberately. Direct the searing surgical tool to the precise place where cuts need to be made in an effort to bring more balance to your life.
But...
Here's the thing.
Don't rush or be impulsive. Yes, emotions are high. The energy is wonky. There is A LOT of pressure to perform. And...OF COURSE IT IS LIKE THAT! We have awoken to ecliptic energy with the Lunar Eclipse culminating at 8 AM. There's much to be done and plenty of pressure with Jupiter and Saturn holding tightly in square. Venus is slowly pulling away from her drunkeness following her conjunction with Neptune and the veil of delusion is lifted in many areas of our lives while leaving only the mourning behind. Top that off with the rest of the day that includes a sextile from the Moon to Mars (12:34 PM) which calls us to move while Mars is temporarily disabled and a conjunction from Mercury to the Sun (4:11 PM) which is nothing less than head-achy and/or mind racing and...yeah. Moving too quickly can get you hurt. Know it will be hard to slow down. Know that it will be hard to keep emotions on a low simmer but definitely remember to THINK about what you are doing and assess the potential consequences your actions may have fully upon your future before you take one single step. We may feel like we need to move quickly but, in essence, what we need to be doing is cutting dead weight in preparation for the long road ahead and working to maintain a sense of balance and grace while also under a great deal of pressure.

Your Sabian Symbols for today's eclipse read as follows:
MOON AT 4 LIBRA: Pilgrims gather round campfire, in silent communion. Fellowship of higher ideals that sustains the individuals on their arduous path to Reality. Mellow participation in life.

SUN AT 4 ARIES: Two lovers are strolling through a secluded park lane. Fullness of conscious participation in life without responsibility. Closing of a cycle of activity, implying satiation.

Thursday, March 24, 2016

This morning, we start off feeling a little more stable which will likely come as a bit of relief. Ecliptic energy is anything but stable, I can tell ya that much. However, the Moon does find Saturn by sextile at 10:34 AM giving us a chance to ground and get our feet underneath us. I'd advise you take full advantage of that opportunity.
By noon, the Moon is re-pressurized by a square to Pluto in Capricorn. Some of the things you tried to cut away under yesterday's eclipse may be clawing to hang on, manipulate you, greedily reaching out to sink their negative attachment threads back into you. Turn this energy into self-control and adherence to your previous decision and double tap that f *cker. If you can't cut it away with the first hack, hack again...and again...and again...until the tie is completely severed.

At 4:58 PM the Moon opposes Uranus bringing potential erratic behavior and an tendency to be impulsive along with it. Ground the lightning. Rise above emotional manipulation and reach for higher emotional intelligence and more personal freedom. Was that thing clawing back into you? Or were you reaching back out to it? Cut. It. Loose. Whatever “it” is for you. Then, put your hands on the steering wheel because it's time to move on under the waxing trine between Mercury in Aries and Mars in Sagittarius at 6:45 PM...just bear in mind the need to hold to a manageable pace but Simon says, “feel free to take few steps forward...slowly.” Know that following the opposition to Uranus, the Moon is Void until entering Scorpio at 2:10 PM tomorrow. The mind may race with plans and ideas but it may be hard to initiate or really “get into” any of that right now due her Void condition.

Friday, March 25, 2016

This morning we wake up under a dull and Void Libra Moon. However, the aspects of the day maintain the fact that it is a true day of Venus. We begin with a sense of personal accountability as Saturn turns retrograde at 4:58 AM. Our workload is still intense as the square between the Great Disciplinarian and Jupiter in Virgo continues to hold tight. Venus walks into this mutable mess at 7:58 AM with an opposition to Jupiter quickly followed by a square to Saturn Rx at 12:49 PM. It's pressurized. And, that pressure lays heavily upon our hearts. We struggle for joy, comfort and air. But, we are fairly dispassionate and tired...perhaps even bordering on numb.

The outlet for the mutable t-square created between Venus, Saturn and Jupiter lies in Gemini. Study up. Talk things out. Gather trusted friends for support and offer it in return when/where you can. Be flexible...this is mutable so you should also be willing to change if needed. Saturn and Jupiter will likely put pressure on what needs to become more bendable. Stretch the area gently.
At 2:10 PM the Moon wakes back up and dives into Scorpio. Emotions reactivate and can feel quite intense. What else do you expect from a Pluto Moon? Grief could be a thing to contend with. Such is the air that surrounds loss that often accompanies both a Full Moon and a Lunar Eclipse. Yeah. Some things have ended. But, not all of it. Yet the pressure and uncertainty of what may come next is certainly lingering heavily in the air. Scorpio can help you heal the spots where severance has occurred when used appropriately. It's not an easy task. It's not necessarily a joyous task. However, it' better than martyring or hanging on a cross. Reach deep for your ability to survive and be resourceful. Continue to release, detox and be brave within this energy that feels uncertain and maybe a little scary and self-defeating.

Unfortunately, suicides and deaths can be factors in times like these. Please reach out for help if you need it. And, if you are on the other end of that call, stop what you are doing and assist the best you can calling in additional assistance if need be.

Saturday, March 26, 2016

This morning we wake up in a veritable ring of fire. The Sun in Aries finds Mars quivering in Sagittarius at 6:33 AM. Shortly after, Venus is fortified, strengthened and revived by a sextile to Pluto in Capricorn at 7:09 AM.

The Mood, however, continues to be dark, watery and intense as the Moon in Scorpio find Neptune by trine at about midday (11:26 AM). To me, this all equates to a need to turn our faces to the future and start thinking about whatever reality has brought to us while fostering effective coping mechanisms to deal it. We need to move on. There will be feelings associated with that acknowledgment. Assessing those is entirely an inside job. However, getting out, moving around, reminding yourself that you are still alive and able to do these things is going to help.

As night falls, we may begin to feel a bit better as the Scorpio Moon finds Jupiter in Virgo by trine at 10:33 PM. At least, we should try to steer ourselves toward optimism and humility instead of eviscerating ourselves with self-criticism. What's done is done. You cannot go back and change a thing. All you can do is glean the wisdom from the experience itself and make plans to put that knowledge into conscious play in the future. A sense of endurance waxes into our emotional sphere with a sextile to the Moon's current ruler, Pluto in Capricorn, at 1:21 AM. Hang in not on.
A sense of comfort does wax into our sphere overnight (3:27 AM) with a trine from the Moon to Venus. Physical activity in the early part of the day satisfies our feeling of needing to “do something.” There's satisfaction found in that which could help us sleep a bit easier tonight. Following the a trine with Chiron early tomorrow (10:46 AM), the Moon is blessedly Void ALL DAY until entering Sagittarius in the wee wee hours of Monday morning (2:47 AM).

Morning Star: Astrology for the week of March 13 to March 18, 2016

Sunday, March 13, 2016

Yesterday's lethargy and fatigue continue today with as a sextile between our Moon and Pisces Sun overlays our morning hours (5:47 AM). From here the Moon moves into Void status until entering Gemini this evening at 5:04 PM. Then, we move into the discomfort created when the brain tries to bring logic to both our emotions and our watery, loving and sensitive hearts through a square from the Gemini Moon to Venus at 8:22 PM.

Of course there is potential for today to be disorienting as the our clocks have jumped ahead an hour due Daylight Saving time. We may feel as if we are running behind for awhile and it will take time to adjust to this “new normal” just as it does every year. The days will become increasingly longer which increases our wakefulness and affects our sleeping patterns. Of course, many sleeping schedules (especially for inutitives and empaths) have been disrupted already due the energized Spring awakening and the eclipses. The atmosphere is not restful and we can feel it. Definitely take advantage of resting spots as they come to thwart being worn to an anxious frazzle.
At 9:43 PM the Moon opposes Mars in Sagittarius. This, as per typical, can create ambiguity. We may have big plans and the emotional body runs through all the possible scenarios wafting from being excited about the possibilities and then backward to perhaps a bit of paranoia in anticipation of the change. There is definitely a push and pull. Of course, it is late in the evening. And, this is another factor that may keep you awake as your brain spins and your emotions churn. Simplify it. Remember, all you need to worry about is making the next right step. Let all the other details slip away and focus on that. What step illustrates your doctrine of truth? What steps need only become worrisome until we are on the verge of making them? Decide the next right thing. Don't over-promise yourself or set your expectations to high. Go for simplicity and practicality. You aren't expected to lay all the pavers on your future path in one day. So, keep things small and simple. Anything you cannot figure out right now, toss it up in prayer and ask for Divine assistance to point you in the right direction. Then watch for the synchronicity and other encounters which hold directional cues.

Monday, March 14, 2016

Well. We aren't exactly jumping eagerly out of bed to greet this Monday morning. The Moon is actively waxing into square with Neptune as we wake up perfecting at 10:07 AM. We are slow to rise and still adjusting to the human created wonkiness of time. I swear, I wish whoever is in charge of that would just pick one time and stick with it. I feel as if this switching back and forth twice a year is way past its expiration date. But, then again, I have Mercury in the 11th and do not like my schedule to be interrupted or finagled with. Change is not easily incorporated into my tendency toward being OCD about my personal schedule. We will all adjust I'm sure. I just don't think we should have to. K. I'll quit whining about it now.

Though, negativity in the Mercurian realm is entirely possible due to a square from the winged messenger to Saturn. This can bring a gut check of reality to our temporary misconception of time occurring at 3:26 PM. It may even feel as if time is moving excruciatingly slow.
There is also a call here to be very articulate and truthful in what it is you say as well as shoring up your internal speech. If you find you are berating yourself or knocking yourself around for previous misconceptions or talking yourself down for mistakes you made when you weren't consciously mentally engaged (perhaps due distraction or emotionality) then set the record straight but don't be overly harsh with yourself. Mercury is nearing the South Node now. He sits at 16 degrees Pisces with a mere 5 degrees to go. The energy is waxing now. Many will receive information in regard to how they have been deceived, misinformed or have misinterpreted information in the past. Some will realize this was self-deception through denial. Of course, most of that denial is squashed under the Mercury/Saturn square earlier today. But, it continues to unfurl and become a bigger issue once Mercury passes over the South Node and opposes Jupiter.

Information and ideas right now remind me of embryos. When you look at the embryo of any given species, it's hard to tell what it will be when it is fully formed. This is the beginning of the birth of a new thought process or the genesis of a new idea. There is no promise that it will be a beneficial thought process or a good idea. There is only promise of a beginning. The Genesis. So, as with any embryo, it should be carefully protected, nurtured and well fed. Held in quiet as it is allowed to develop fully. Yet, our Gemini Moon loves to talk and share information. At this point, most information lies in pontificating theory and, while it is ok to discuss, know that anything you expose your thought embryo to will affect it's development. I'd hold my initial plans to my chest if I were you unless there is a trusted source you can talk to who you know won't try to inflict your thought embryo with poison and doubt. The poison can come in the form of discouragement from others. The Nay-sayers who say it cannot be done. That hurts your budding dream even if it does need to bear in mind reality. What it doesn't need is someone pushing it down and eradicating it before you've had a chance to decide it's efficacy for yourself. Only allow information helpful to development through the embryonic sac at this time. Again, protect these tender inklings. Be patient with them as they develop. Don't expect all the answers at once. These thought embryos like real embryos can hear and feel positive or negative vibration and inflections through the embryonic sac. So, protect them until they are more fully developed and less prone to infliction...less vulnerable. Instead of feeding them with discussion. I'd suggest feeding them with information. Learn new things. Study on how you can nurture this idea to fruition. You know, just like any protective expecting parent, read the information that helps you learn the skills you need to be a good parent...of your brain? Yes. That's exactly what I mean.

About an hour later (4:49 PM), Venus in Pisces perfects in square to Mars in Sagittarius. We are driven to reach out and explore. Venture far and wide. But, there is that elusive hollow ache in our hearts that wants fulfillment and something that seems so far out of reach. On a mundane level, this can play out as being torn to between getting out and enjoying the day versus staying at home wrapped up in the comfort of our beds or complete denial of reality in favor of self-created fantasy. There is a real chance of over-stimulation that causes discomfort. In the literal world it's like your neighbor's are having a loud and rambunctious party while you are trying to meditate or relax. And, there is also chance for the righteous warrior (Mars in Sag) to become disruptive to our yearning for peace. The best bet here is to allow your heart to be tender and forgiving as you actively seek the truth. If that ability comes best for you by venturing out to fresh scenery or by taking a hermitage it doesn't matter. Choose what works best. But, balance the square by adhering to honesty and the ability to remain mobile instead of allowing the hollowness to overtake you. And, there's plenty of hollowness with a stellium in Pisces. The ethereal ache in your chest or belly is justified due this pile up. So, treat yourself gently.
There is also chance for relationship conflict in this mixture. He (whether He is the masculine part of you, a friend or a partner) wants to get out and explore, attend sporting events or take up a cause of activism. She (whether She is the feminine part of you, a friend or partner) wants quiet, peace, rest and dreams. Balance the two by mixing your outward adventures with an element of Neptune. Go out and explore Neptunian factions. Go on an inward journey to explore your heart and discover why it feels so unfilled through honest self-inspection. Don't wallow and linger in the water. Move around in it or step out on the beach for a break. Compromise between these two factions is imperative to avoiding conflict either internally or externally. Instead of reaching far out in expectation of someone else meeting your needs, try to discover what blocks you from being self-fulfilled in your own right.

As darkness falls so does our mood as our Gemini Moon opposes Saturn at 8:55 PM. It's heavy. It's depressive. But, at least it holds a sense of solid ground. You may not like where you are. But, you are certainly aware you are there. Again, balance is called for. Solidify what you know as truth and illuminate the spaces where you are still left with questions. This is fact. This is yet to be unknown. The two co-exist in the continuum. Realize which is which. It's like you are at the library. You've read several books and solidified their information in your brain. But, this new information brings a need for more answers. So, you climb the ladder to get to the top shelf books that are dusty due to lack of use. You stand solidly on the ladder's platform and reach for the book you feel may hold the answers you need. But, it's important that you try to maintain focus upon one thing at a time instead of adding to the confusion by diluting your reasoning system with too much information. Delicate balance. Remember, you are still trying to feed, nurture and protect your embryonic thoughts/ideas. (This week is a lot about Mercury, in case you've noticed that yet.)
And, speaking of Mercury, as if he hasn't been busy enough already, our Mercurian Moon finds her ruler by square at 9:45 PM. Shortly after the Moon finds Jupiter by square (10:52 PM). This creates an emotionally unstable mutable t-square and a feeling of being out of control in some regard. The answer lies, of course, with the t-square's outlet in Sagittarius. Don't be afraid to expand...grow...be optimistic...allow yourself to believe in the potential of a future. Put wisdom into conscious practice. At the same time remember Jupiter in Virgo is small, mindful of detail and practical. If you find things blossoming into confusion and uncertainty, boil it down into simple steps and factual evidence (ie: solid truth without too much weight on unproven theorem). Dismiss yourself from distracting over-stimulation. And, definitely dismiss yourself from poisonous rhetoric, as we will likely encounter some in our late evening and your mental body remains highly susceptible to it.

Overnight, the Moon is liberated a bit and we are able to detach from some of the confusion through a sextile from the Moon to Uranus at 1:36 AM. The unexpected solution or inspiration may come to us in dream. Or, this could catalyze a sense of restlessness that inhibits sleep. This deepens and becomes perhaps a bit paranoid as the night goes on and Mercury finds Pluto by sextile. The illumination could co-create a deeper sense of awareness. When backed with integrity and fortitude, well formed ideas could begin to be birthed while less supportive ones stand on the edge of death. In some instances, ideas become well formed and ready for birth. In others, there are miscarriages. Nightmares are possible. But, just as possible is the ability to stare deeply into the construct of our future plans and envision the weak spots giving us the power and endurance to shore them up. But, you've got to brave in that. You have to see and accept the ugly before you can ever begin cleaning it up.
Long taxing day overall. One that may not end with a good night's rest and end up bleeding right into tomorrow. Mercury continues to be a factor throughout tomorrow. Don't overload your brain with more than you can effectively handle.

Tuesday, March 15, 2016

Beware the Ides of March. That's always a thought that haunts my brain on March 15th. Due my affinity for Shakespeare? Perhaps. But, I'm also fairly certain it has to do with how the Sun aspects my chart on this day every year. The sense of foreboding comes as the Sun forms an exact inconjunt to my natal Sun in Libra and trines my Black Moon Lilith shortly following a square with natal Saturn. The passage heralds the incoming season of Aries which, as a person with a Libra stellium, I find quite uncomfortable. Neither my solar body, my lunar body, my Martian body, my Venetian body, DEFINITELY NOT my Uranian body OR my Mercurian body understand Aries season. It's uncomfortable to me. Brash...and there are times when I feel my natural state of being is at polar opposition with the current collective. And this coming from a chic who was raised by two Aries parents. As a matter of fact, I will celebrate birthdays with loved ones on 3/22, 3/23, 3/25, 3/26, 4/1 and then there is one I will skip...that of my nemesis on 3/31 (or 3/30...I deliberately try to forget). For Aries energy to feel abrasive to me, I sure am surrounded by quite a few of them. I know this is because I need to learn from them. And I know that it is opportunity to find balance and make compromise. You'd think I'd understand it better by now because I've obviously been paying attention. But, I don't. It feels unnatural and uncomfortable for me for just about the entire duration. Of course, I can't forget I have Chiron in Aries too. So, there is innate pain associated with the element of the sign. The Universal Spring is my Fall and there is a bit of discomfort that goes along with that...a feeling of missing the boat, being left behind or lagging at the starting gate. Eh, it's a thing. A thing you learn when you obsessively study your own chart. I refine my coping skills every year but it never gets easier. K, enough about my distaste for what this time of year brings to me on personal level.

Today, Mercury in Pisces opposes Jupiter while Chiron still sits on the South Node. The Moon trines Black Moon Lilith and Hecate is lingering around the next eclipse point. She's preparing the next cross roads that we will find at the ecliptic. Today marks the half-way point between the ecliptic. Our first quarter Moon occurs at 1:03 PM stretching from 25 Pisces/Gemini. It's time to come up for air. There is a theory of evolution that states we evolved from something that slithered out of the ocean. Collectively, we are experiencing the part of that evolutionary theorem where we stick our heads out of the water for the very first time and realize there is a whole different undiscovered world out there. Big change is fostered by our mere curiosity about the new place. That comes with pressure and uncertainty. Remind yourself that all you have to do is breathe. Don't be afraid of your untamed and wild. But, don't go all nuts with it either. Please note I'm discussing THEORY here and not fact. At this time in collective development, it is very important to understand the difference.
Following the First Quarter “crisis” the Moon is void until entering Cancer at 8:57 PM. From here, the notion is comfort seeking. Shelter. Stability. Protection.

Wednesday, March 16, 2016

This morning the Moon lazily wakes up to a trine with Venus in Pisces (5:44 AM). And, this heralds the watery overlay that hangs across most of the day. Hearts may weep. Fear isolation and abandoment. Or willingly plunge the emotional waters in search of solitude and peace. We are quite sensitive and moody today. Easily influenced by external factors making boundaries essential.
This keeps flowing as the Moon finds Neptune by trine at 3:10 PM. Music and poetry are balms to an uneasy soul. Don't forget about the medicine these magical entities can provide and lean into flow instead of trying to swim upstream.

Meanwhile, two of the greatest powerhouses in the sky, Jupiter and Pluto, meet in the sky via trine. This provides solid ground. The highest expression provides fortitude, integrity, practicality and awareness that you are reaping you have, indeed, previously sewn. It also packs an element of faith strengthening and assurance. It can help bring container to the water/emotions as we are reminded, once again, all we need to focus on is figuring out the next right step. That's all. No sense in looking beyond that right now.
In the very, very wee hours of twilight, the Moon finds Jupiter by sextile at 4:01 AM while finding Pluto by opposition at about the same time (4:08 PM). Stare down the darkness of your fears and deliberately turn your face to the light. Once you find the light, pull upon your innate power to foster enough bravery to walk toward it. Slowly...again, this comes from fortitude, endurance and integrity not greed, fear and excessive internal criticism. However, know there is thunder and lightning entering the horizon due the Moon's movements during and following this set up.

Thursday, March 17, 2016

At 7:40 AM our crab shells are rocked by lightning as the Moon finds Uranus in Aries by square. It's uncomfortable, breaks our typical morning routines and at the least puts most folks on edge. Understandably so. The unpredictability of lightning on water makes me nervous too. Insulate yourself so that you can ground out the electricity/adrenaline brought forth by the unexpected in an effort to channel the charge appropriately instead of feeling as if someone just threw a toaster in your relaxing bath.

At 9:29 AM, mental awareness is brought to our denied or numbed out pains. Information comes in an effort to teach us. But, the information itself can catalyze an awareness of pain that we previously dismissed. Around the same time, the Moon waxes into trine with Chiron calling us to be a good parent to ourselves through our sickness instead of lashing out like a wounded animal or reverting to becoming a continual sucking black hole of unfulfillable need. Tread carefully, consciously and compassionately. Give yourself and every one else space to deal with what is being brought into our awareness. It will be different for everyone. But, the common tie that binds us is pain even if we do have differing coping mechanisms...some more effective than others.
Shortly after her trine with Chiron, the Moon finds Mercury in another swirling watery mess. But, this may allow us to more effectively put what we are feeling into words or give it outlet through some other form of creative expression. If words seem lost or unreachable, give it outlet through music, art, creativity...look for the muse that vibrates with the current condition of your emotional body. If you need to raise that vibration, raise the tempo. If you need to settle it, lower the tempo. Decide where you are and what you need. Do not hesitate to seek it out.

At midnight, the Cancer Sun finishes here watery visit with the element of Pisces with a trine to the Sun. When I first started thinking about Cancer/Pisces, what permeated my awareness first was the dynamic of codependency and enablement. Do you fall on either side of that spectrum? If so, it's important to recognize where and work to break the cycle if it threatens to diminish your own potential or that of someone else. Know when to let go and when to hang on. Unconditional love does not mean continual self-punishment. You can love someone and walk away from them allowing them to have a choice as to whether they continue with their downward spiral or not. Recognize if you are helping or perpetuating a drowning situation. Mercury is lingering on the South Node today and tomorrow.
Following this watery trine, the Moon rests in Void status until 3:55 AM when she enters Leo. I see this as a positive lunar movement. I don't know about you, but I'm ready for some of this water to dry up and evaporate. Perhaps the fire of Leo will help with that instead of packing a need of validation and selfishness. May it...please...instead foster the curiosity of a child, the love of a good clean game and playfulness for all of us.

Friday, March 18, 2016

This morning we are a little more motivated and imbibed with a bit more energy. Fire has entered our atmosphere and will likely grow over the next few days. However, we mustn’t forget there is water out there which creates humidity and dampness threatening to squelch our fire a bit if we aren't careful.
Early this evening, we are motivated to move forward with a trine from the Moon to Mars in Sagittarius. Remember, though, one step at a time instead of quick giant leaps.

The Moon moves on to pass over every planet in Pisces by inconjunct subduing our renewed energy to a degree in quite an unexpected and unforeseen way. This happens especially if you don't mete out this energy and try to expend it in on hurried push. The inconjuncts occur a follows: To Venus at 7:13 PM, to Neptune at 11:18 PM. Stacked in the middle are catalyzing sesquisquares (which sneakily pack pressure) with the first one coming to Chiron at 4:13 PM. Then, the one with Mercury follow at 9:30 PM. Finally, there is sesquisquare with the Sun at 7:06 Am tomorrow. It's a mixed and confusing bag of tricks to say the least.

Allow me to review what a sesquisquare indicates. Basically, it denotes an imbalance. It's like aiming carefully at a target but disappointingly missing by a mile. From a nice website I found this morning (sonic.net) from Kira's Astrology, “The sesquisquare often denotes behaviors that are strongly stimulated by subconscious longings, or misguided attempts to make life turn out pleasantly by specific actions. The goal is far different than the result, bringing not what the owner intended because the sesquisquare aspect is uncomfortable, unhappy, maladjusted or sorrowful in and of itself.” So to rephrase my initial metaphor of shooting an arrow and missing. It's more like trying to shoot an arrow into a desired target while you have a nest of bees in your pants. There's a push of “must do” and “must aim carefully” but there is plenty of distraction to throw you off your game. Thankfully, we are talking sesquisquares by transit and not the ones that linger in your natal chart for a lifetime just waiting for you to pay attention...because often we don't. Often in a natal chart these are the aspects that cause that feeling of “I don't understand why every time I try to do something X (insert unfavorable outcome here) happens.” It happens because of a lack of awareness accompanied by at least two factors that are seriously unbalanced in our nature. It's an often overlooked minor aspect that can really stir up problematic stuff when we are unaware. And...YAY...we get a lot of that today at about the same time we are feeling as if we are ready to step out of one or more less than personally comfortable situations.
Interestingly enough, the Moon isn't the only ethereal body creating these. Mars also meets Uranus by the same...talk about itchy twitchy without any discernible explanation.

As far as I can tell, this is pretty much par for the course with Mars in shadow. It's pretty much a given that we will try and fail several times before we ever figure out the best way to approach our future path. Might as well accept and prepare for that while maintaining your tenacity to get up and give it another go with a stronger, wiser more well developed plan of action. Over-reaching, over-reacting, feeling overly justified and dismissing details will surely herald a downfall for many...eventually. This is just the beginning. Our Leonine roar could very well only come out as a weak squeak under today's sky. No worries. There is plenty of time to strengthen your voice. No need to rush.

Saturday, March 19, 2016

Today the Sun lingers on the last degree of Pisces. The dawn of Aries season awaits us at midnight. Meanwhile, we wake up to the Moon in a solid and supportive trine with Saturn in Sagittarius. Know no truth will be spared. There will be a bit of reckoning to contend with. However, we could begin to see the path forward a bit more clearly and may even be able to make a few solid footsteps in that direction. Just don't take off running. Remember to set a slow, conscious and deliberate pace. Don't roll your eyes at me, man. My frustration tolerance is at a clinically diagnosable low. I don't like waiting. I'm not good at being patient and definitely DO NOT like to wait things out. But...that's exactly what we need today...high frustration tolerance, patience and the ability to wait instead of just bolting up the staircase.

The Moon passes by Pluto by inconjunct at 12:51 PM. This plays out according to how well you know and accept your own shadow. It can catalyze fear of the future, uncertainty due fear of abandonment which can lead to attempts at emotional manipulation, awareness of toxic attachment and desperate acts of greed and control. It's quick and fleeting though. So, watch as it waxes in and hold steady as it dissipates. This inconjunct also forms a loose Yod with Chiron in Pisces putting the Moon in residence at the apex. Work the sextile of Pluto/Chiron to reform your pain re-birth effective healing. Your emotional body is supported by this. What is not supported by is the lower vibration that comes through the paranoia that seeps into your psyche as you remember, “I've been hurt by this before.” There's not one single spot in this sky willing to embrace denial. So, don't even try.
In between the loose yod, the Moon trines Uranus which does bring a bit of fresh air and assistance through a call to try something new. And, that's exactly what you should do. Remember what it was that caused you the past pain. Search deeply for the root of it and vow to do things differently and more consciously in the future. Purposefully breaking free from outdated and no longer supportive routine is of great benefit under this aspect. Just don't allow it to become impulsive. Impulsiveness is the lower vibration of Uranus. The higher is calm cool action backed by the support of a higher emotional intelligence which I assure you was well earned. So, put it to good use even if leaning into the pure adrenaline of the situation gives you enough of a rush to feel like maybe you are alive again. Come back to life. But, don't come out of the womb all startled and end running erratically due to over-stimulation right in the path of an incoming train. Slowly emerge...or slowly contemplate your emergence while being unafraid to be experimental in your approach by trying something new and that may seem completely out of character for you according to those who may think they know you best. You know you best.

Following the trine with Uranus, the Moon is Void until entering Virgo at 1:40 PM on the 20th. There's plenty of time to let your overworked emotional system rest. In the meantime though Solar bodies exit the sea of Pisces and emerge into Spring. The Sun passes from Pisces to Aries at midnight. That fact won't mean much to us until the Moon reactivates tomorrow. However, you may notice a subtle difference until then.
The beginning of next week, Sunday and Monday, are testy at best as the Moon opposes our Pisces stellium as Venus finds Neptune by conjunction. Plus, she meets Jupiter and the North Node by conjunction after squaring Mars and Saturn. Use the motivational transition of the Sun and dull affect of the Moon to get your feet well underneath you by then. We are steeped deeply in the ecliptic by now and the Moon (along with our emotional body) is growing in intensity. Keep that information tucked under your hat and know that, yeah, there's likely going to be some crazy shit that goes down. That's what eclipses do, you know? Nothing you can do to stop it. The best you can do is roll with it and deal with what it packs as it comes.

Another thing to bear in mind is that both Mars and Saturn are stationing and moving excruciatingly slow. Saturn lingers on the 16th degree of Sagittarius from March 3 to April 16th...yeah, that's a freaking long time. Mars clicks over to 8 degrees Sagittarius on April 5th and lingers on that degree until April 29th having turned retrograde (perhaps sensing Saturn's tightening approach) on April 18th. Meanwhile, once Saturn turns Rx he moves closer and closer in trine to Jupiter Rx. Accountability and delineation of the truth become personal affairs. We can no longer depend on public dictum of right and wrong. We must begin to decide that for ourselves and remain accountable for actions even when we think no one is looking. And, as that awareness peaks, we may need to backpedal a bit. That's alright. I'd rather backpedal than get too far down a road I have no business being on.
And then, of course there is the matter of the incoming Lunar Eclipse which precedes Mars and Saturn's backpedling. There's a good possibility that the thing you are stressing about will be a non-factor by then for various reason. Hang in. Wait it out. Move slow. Realize folks will be nutty for reasons you are not privy too. Give them and yourself space.
