Morning Star: Daily Astrology for July 20 2014

This morning we wake up to Moon in Taurus leaving a square with Jupiter in Leo (5:55 AM EDT). What did the cow say to the lion? Well, she said, “Stop your theatrics, it's 6 o'clock in the morning! I'm still sleepy!” Then, she stomped her hooves and the jolly Lion ran off trying to hold back his giggles.

Our Moon in Taurus makes some lovely aspects over the next few days. Aside from an opposition to Saturn, these are ridiculously supportive.

Mercury found Neptune via trine at 1:37 AM. The Moon finds Venus (6:35 AM), Neptune (5:50 PM) and Mercury (7:53 PM) by sextile setting us up for a nice little kite tomorrow when she does oppose Saturn.

If you have planets in early Virgo, all of this action coming from Cancer and Taurus is going to hit your chart nicely. It's a solid day for just about everyone. And, wow, are these great times to be a Taurus Moon native!
Comfort food is probably not going to be optional through this weekend. Line up some healthy and hearty eating choices now. You'll thank me for it later.
Be nice to yourself this weekend. If you can spare some leisure time to relax and treat yourself, please do so. Enjoy some of the simpler things in life. Eat well. Laugh. Play.

Jupiter in Leo is here. How can you entertain and exalt your inner child? What was it you could get lost in for hours as a youth? When was the last time you did that?

This weekend would be an excellent time to remember.

Neptune is in play. Today is soft, velvety and plush but also sturdy. Recline into it as per appropriate.
